In terms of Dinho's performance he's had about 2 very good games this year, and quite a few where he's made the difference by scoring or assisting even when playing bog standard average. There are numerous where he's be anonymous though.
He was not bought in as a team player, he was bought as an individual to replace Kaka to carry the team and provide that difference when needed. The difference is that Kaka could do what Dinho could not, and at least Kaka even when playing bad would
try whereas Dinho just becomes uninterested and sulks.
You are absolutely correct in saying one player does not make a team and that in itself is where the problem lays. 5 years ago we were a team, players would work for eachother, nowadays many don't have the legs, or will to do so.
Creating a team around Dinho just will not work, he upsets the balance of the team and he's too inconsistent to build around. When he doesn't play well the players we have do not pick up the slack and thus the performance as a whole is poor.
In terms of Berlu selling, again it makes no sense to sell assets then sell the club because you wont get the same value for the club. That leaves people to the conclusion that either:
a - the books are that bad we need to sell our top player every year. Which means given we take in about 160m a year (same as Inter) we are paying out too much for the squad we have.
or
b - Berlu is just not interested and wants to get rid of the club.
