I didn't think about that !! Well done ...
About Cissokho:
- average start of season
- good/very good between November and February-March
- nowadays seems tired
For sure, the guy has potential, but IMO, he's not better than Antonini nowadays (but Cissokho is younger).
In defence, he's solid, but nothing more, he sometimes makes mistakes, and when he goes forward, it rarely ends by a goal, a bit like Antonini, always running forward but not really effective (it's maybe also because of their partners ?).
The guy has room for improvement and is a natural LB, left-footed (which of course allows him to cross more naturally than Antonini who is right-footed for example).
15M is a lot for him, without trying to defend our management as he could have been useful (at that time, we didn't know Antonini could be good).
In France, Tremoulinas (not nowadays, he also seems tired and makes mistakes, but it's the problem of his whole team) seems better: while they're at the same level behind, maybe Cissokho a bit better, Tremoulinas goes forward when needed (not like a dog running after the ball during 90 minutes), and his crosses are just perfect.
PS: The good point for these players is that their coaches probably tell them everyday how important tactics are (in Lyon: 9 players behind, Lopez forward, and counters with everyone ; in Bordeaux: controlling the game, no useless dribble, each player has his role).
