Anyhow, as for EPL. It really does not matters if EPL tax as much as Serie A, as teams in EPL receive more money from TV than Serie A teams. Last year the payout for collective TV deals per team was about 45-50M Pounds, it was rumored months ago that the new deal will bring the payout to aroun 60M pounds. Thats close to 85M Euro a season, not including CL, Europa, FA or League Cup.

It matters ... as EPL clubs pay a lot more their players than Serie A clubs (with the exception of ... Milan: actually, we have had the tendancy to pay a lot some decent players, like clubs in EPL, probably because of our English origins
).
But that won't solve any problem, anyway, not at short term (and even if EPL clubs had trouble to pay their players because of this tax, Spanish clubs still have their tax advantage too ...).
