AC Milan v Udinese (pre-game comments)

Please tell me your thoughts on this match.

It should be a really good game as both teams are near the top of the table.

What do you think will be the outcome of the score?

slightly worried about this one. Udinese where the only team that beat us last season when we where in good form and at a competitive point of the season. Plus they are playing fantastic right now, a draw is on the cards.

we needed to consolidate us closing the gap, it's like us cutting the lead to 2 points never happened and i'm worried this will have a negative impact.

After the mauling of Fiorentina & Lecce , i reckon most teams now would try to put a lot of players behind the ball the whole match when playing against us in Milan. I dont expect we win by a big margin this match. So my guess is a narrow 1-0 win to us

beleive it is going to be a narrow win......... udinese are a good team and they can create us problems specially with their trident attack.... however , i beleive we will try our best to show that the game at palermo was just a bad day no more.....

a win of 2-0 is predictable....... 2 goals for crespo

We're coming over from Scotland to watch the game and looking at the league table expect a close game. We do still expect a Milan victory though having only seen a draw in the home match against Roma in November. Will the atmosphere be anything like the Roma match or are the Romans a bit mad?Hope for a good atmosphere, big crowd and most of all a Milan victory.

Forza Milan

In the past few years, Udinese has been a solid Serie A team, usually in the middle or higher position, and held its own very well against the "big 5". They have not been in danger of rgation, and played good football.

This year they have stepped up to the rnext level, and are an exciting team to watch. Pizarro is one of the best "trequartista" there is, and his game can be very inspired. They are dreaming of Champions' League, and it can become a reality. Plus, they know the team will be brken up next year (the best players will go for higher salaries) and this is the year to accomplish something for Udine and its fans.

Bottom line, they are more than dangerous, and it will take all we have to win this match. Their defense is stingy (third best in the league) and they always seem to do good against Milan. See what happens.

We cannot afford to drop more points and drop back- the season is halfway through- so a win is essential.

Milan 2-1 (Sheva, Kaka)

with Stam back we might play with Cafu, Stam, Nesta and San Paolo in defense. Then we will surely see Rino, Kaka and Pirlo starting, the question being who will start between Seedorf and Vikash (or Esajas ).....upfront Sheva and Crespo.

3 points for us

I don't think Stam will start. He is back, but I think he needs a little time to adjust back into the side and really this is one of the hardest matches of the season so far, so I doubt he'll be risked in this game and played later.
