more youth?

do u think there must be more youth in the team, or give chance to there own youth?

We have a couple of threads which are based on such disscussions. But anyway I'd like to repeat my opnion once more.

We have to give our youth best conditions and give more opportunites to show up.

i think that we must immediately buy a few youth players who can play for the first team because now our first team is too old .

I would not call Pirlo a youth player as he is 26 years old... IMO, youth players are the ones younger than or equal to 23.
Yea we definitely need more youth players. I would say we start investing in our youth squads, as well as sending scouts across the world to look for new and young talent...

only i had 2 names. but so.

there are many youth players.

diego (who still needs to develop), farinha, schweinsteiger, kompany, jope cole,
a new youngster of FC BRUGGE (played in champions league): vansummeren, the youngster of AJAX: babel, and many others

Yea the squad overall is so old he is one of the younger ones at the age of 26. Oh well...
About possible youngsters, I am a keen admirer of the following names..

Adrian Huth(Germany/Chelsea): Seems like a very solid defender and possibly one of the finest cb's in the future. Born in 1984

Vincent Kompany(Belgium/Anderlecht): Great alternative for Stam when he leaves/retires. Born in 1986

Anthony Vanden Borre(Belgium/Anderlecht): Could be the heir of Cafu on the right-back if we purchase him. He has got a lot of potential, hope he does not suffer a long-term injury. Born in 1988.

Lionel Messi(Argentina/Barcelona): Simply phenomenal. I just hope he does not get crushed under the expectations. Born in 1987

Andres Iniesta(Spain/Barcelona): Already a regular in Barca at this age. Very good defensive midfielder. Born in 1984

Cristiano Ronaldo(Portugal/Manchester United): Used to admire his skills but started to think that he is overrated. Still he has got talent and he is very fast with the ball. Born in 1985

Sergio Ramos(Spain/Real Madrid): Never seen him play but I've heard that he might actually be the next best thing in the defense. Born in 1986

Wayne Rooney(England/Manchester United): Great player but waaay too expensive and he is friggin' psychotic. Born in 1985

Carlos Tevez(Argentina/Corinthians): See "Wayne Rooney", just the Argentinian version. Born in 1984

Diego Ribas ... Cunha(Brazil/FC Porto): Great central midfielder. I feel like he has a great future ahead of him. Born in 1985

Two more:

Bastian Schweinsteiger(Germany/Bayern Muenchen): I have had the opportunity to watch him over the summer during the Confederations Cup in Germany. Pretty good player to be honest. Born in 1985

Lukas Podolski(Germany/1.FC Koeln): Not as good as Rooney yet but has made a lot of progress since last season and keeps developing into quite a high qualityy player. Had a good tournament with the German National Team this past summer. Born in 1985

i think spain have alot of great youngsters and i would add bilbao's playmaker yeste to the list above, hes amazing, the closest thing to true midfielder in the world after ronaldinho and riquelme IMO

Btw I agree with you on Spanish starlets, also do not forget to take a look at the amount of Germans in the list. Even I was not expecting Germany to come up with so many prodigies, I just noticed it after taking a second look at the list that I have written

we got 2 good midfielders: kaka and pirlo. rest sucks. although gatuso is a hard worker.

and 1 defender who is young as well. like kompany(, or vansummeren)

buy or kompany or alex
and or schweinsteiger or diego (porto)



the rest of midfield: rui cost is at end of carreer, seedrof is in a dip, ambrosini could be good, but to lees rythm in his games.
