Juventus allowed back in to the CL?

Just was hoping if somebody could clarify something for me, the following page is in Italian and as Im not strong with my Italian could someone just quickly tell me what it says? Are they allowed back in?

Lol, absolutly no.
It's only wishful thinking about getting a wild card from UEFA.

Giulemanidallajuve ( hands off Juve) is a group of shareholders who took Calciopoli in european courts ( their lawyer is the same guy from Bosman case) and who , as it looks like, have solid chances to win the case. If that happens than Juve will get the scudetti back and Figc will find itself in big trouble because it will turn out that Juve suffered injustice and lost a lot because of it.

The damage Juve suffered last year ( more than 250m Euro, losing the main sponsor, losing the main players) will have to be recovered if Giulemanidallajuve wins in European court of justice.
But how ?
The only way is to let Juve play in CL. But now we have another problem. UEFA allows only 4 teams from Italy to participate in CL. If Juve gets one place then one of Inter, Roma or Lazio will lose it's place.
How will FIGC solve this problem ?
And even if FIGC takes the risk not to let Lazio play in CL and puts Juve on the list of Italian teams that will play CL , we'll have a problem with UEFA.
This year Milan was eventually admitted to play in CL thanks to a legal loophole. But, if i'm not wrong, UEFA made new law which allows them to interfere and stop some team from participating in CL, even if the team is on the list of it's domestic association.
Don't you think UEFA ( eventhough Platini is the president and according to the guy who wrote the article, he, as an ex-Juventino, will allow Juve to take part in CL) won't allow such scandal and let a team play in champions league , comming directly from Serie B ?

It's really complicated but i'm 100% sure it's impossibile for Juve to play CL in 2007/08. The most Juve can get is Intertoto this summer, but even that is unlikely and it depends on the decission European court of justice will make.

Hmmm im not sure you know, I do think Juve will have some way of getting into the Champions League this year. Also its true what you said about Platini, however I think he does have the power to pull some strings and this is one which I will have to see.
