Great win for us! The team is on form at the moment, no doubt about that!

I didn't see the game, but it is a great result. Palermo is not the easiest team to beat at home. Juve and Inter both won, but at least we keep pace with Juve and are still 2 up on Inter.
We are getting much more penaly calls lately, which makes up for the fact that we barely had any in the 1st half of the season. Sheva is ice cool at the spot. And Pippo has regained form.
FORZA MILAN!

It was a difficult game as we had expected but we won and that's the only important thing at the moment. I was positively surprised by Kalac, he did some good saves today and I can only remember one bigger mistake from which Palermo could have easily scored.
We kept a clean sheet with a Stam-Nesta-Costacurta-Serginho defence (and at the end of the match Vogel in the place of Stam) and that is amazing.
Well done!

Great result for us today. Palermo is great side playing at home, but we managed to win it.
carlo started to change things AFTER we went 1-0 up, when gattuso got injured. Seedorf got some rest which is good becouse we need him in good shape for Bayern match. Pippo showed he is coming back! he has good ball control, moves well, scored great goal and deserved a big applause today. Gilardino should be worryed right now becouse Inzaghi is showing more that him.
PIRLO? is out of form and we need to do something about him.he did have few great balls and switching sides ,but played some horrible defence again and almost picked up second yellow.Im worried about him.His crosses from free kicks were not good again!
Vogel playeg great, really intelligent and responsible, so did stam, nesta and costacurta. Good game by us, still we need to improve on free kicks(attacking),corners and moving without the ball in the middle. i hope I'll see pippo-sheva gainst Bayern.

and yes....not to forget....Stam did get a red card, but knowing he is simply a world class CB,he is doing great job as our RB this season.Good job by him in the last few games.

although we won today, we had a poor performance...How many chances have we wasted?! Sheva have been horribly lazy...even his penalti was so simple...that actually if goalkeeper would try to catch it, he d get it....Inzaghi and Kalac played good, all the rest of the team shown not the best performance so far

Nothing really to be positive about....We won against Palermo - its good, but with such play...8th of March with Bayern we might loose....

There's one thing that Milan gains recently is the confidence in defense, with fewer goals conceded and Kalac's safe save. The defenders did good job and seemed to have recovered from the nightmare in Istanbul except Dida .

Forza Milan!
Forza Rino!

Egoistka - I was wondering why are you posting here at Milanmania?? We all have our opinion about Milan and the players, but I have never heard one postive word from you. Today we won a tough away match, but that is not good enough for you?

Don't you think that there is a slight possibility that we won't play against Bayern the way we played today?
I am content with the team's performance today because this was a very tricky away game for us and after Dida's injury and the absence of Kaladze I was afraid that we might loose again, as we did in Coppa Italia. But the 3 points are in the pocket.
Let's be positive and look ahead with a smile guys!

Well, I have already told Grenoli about the fact that it's a mistake to compare today's game with tomorrow's game.

Just to give you an example (HEY, I have an example, DO YOU?):

After we lost 3-1 at PSV, everyone started saying Milan would suffer against a fast, counter-attack Liverpool side. But, judging from 1st half (and most of 2nd half display), I can't see any direct correlation between Milan's display in PSV and its display in the final. At least, we scored 3 goals in the first half, something we didn't do against PSV.

I dont' knwo what's the point of arguing here, tbh, you keep saying one thing without giving a reason. It's just plain useless.

AND, you don't need a perfect squad to win every game. IT's just unrealistic. My advice to you: Go back to your Winning Eleven 9 or FM 05.
