Patience, indeed. We need to chill on Milan for a bit. I'm sure the lot of you out there are preparing for that little tournament going on in Germany? What do they call it...the World Cup? Sounds like fun! Who's gonna watch?

But I like what is coming out of Galliani's mouth these days. Man, does he have on edge on him! I can't wait to see what he and the President have in store for us come June 15.

I do not choose players for the hype, but for production, and Nilmar and Tevez are in the same level right now.
Iīm not bashing Tevez...I was high on the guy before Corinthians purchase him. Donīt get me wrong, hes a very good player, but is also overrated. After watch Tevez in brazilian championship and in Libertadores, I just donīt think heīs worth of the cash that MSI will ask for him.
Iīm not saying that we need to buy Nilmar, Iīm just saying that he will produce the same impact of Tevez, for less money. We can also go for Kuyt(sp?)...but if I needed to choose one of Tevez and Torres...Tevez, no doubt!!
First: Its not about Tevez vs Saviola. Pekerman isnt going to start Saviola because he is best than Tevez, he is going with the best fit for the system. Saviola showed he is the best teammate for Crespo upfront, and was featured in Argentina's big win over Brasil last year. Thats why Pekerman is going to start him over Tevez, not because he considers him best. And for the record, I think theres no doubt that Tevez is better than Crespo. But well, he is untouchable. Or so it seems.

Second: I dont share the same production view while comparing Tevez and Nilmar. Tevez can score, but he can do so many other things. There arent many players with the heart of him, he is one of the best competitors you will find in soccer.

If you ask me (and as you said correctly, everyone is entitled to its own opinion), I wouldnt consider Nilmar as an option for us. Now, if you offer me Tevez, I would jump at it without thinking it twice.

My guess is that we will buy a striker, 2 midfielder and 2 defenders.

And the players that i will like to see come in the side would be Suazo as our striker, very good player has speed, strength, good with both feet and plays similar to shevchenko, i really think he will be great buy.

Midfeilders: Either De rossi or Diarra, we have got the money now from the shevchenko deal. And Gourcouff (i think thats how you spell it) from Rennes.

As for the defenders i hope we get Oddo and Gallas, i think they will be the two signings in defence. Very solid and will be great additions to our squad.

yea that's about right.. I don't expect two strikers to come unless of course Amoroso is loaned out.

So if he is.. 2 strikers..2 midfielders..2 defenders

Fair enough, itīs your opinion. But after watched Tevez playing in Argentine League, Libertadores and Corinthians for years, and agree w/ your point that Tevez has one of the biggest heart in today football. I just donīt think that Carlitos is worth of the huge money that MSI will ask...Tevez is a good player with a big heart, but not a great one.
