Heh, last year they signed Vieri, so you can expect anything.

Butragenio( cant spell it right....) said: " It seems like Capello has some big friends in Milan when they are ready to solve this big problem of his-Ronaldo. "

The WHOLE WORLD sees Ronmaldo cant play any more, and we( they) are making idiots out of AC Milan! this is horrible, horrible!!

OH MY GOD. I'm ready to quit as Milan supporter if we sign Ronaldo (lol)
Maybe our physics departament has some sort of Prof. Klump formula to slim him down

Now GRE-NO-LI, I cannot believe your dislike for Ronaldo would result in you posting the absoloute drivel above.

Which of our players has been quoted as saying that they dont want anybody else coming to the club? Please ensure you use a direct quote, and not hearsay.

Further, I cannot believe that any Milan player would veto (as if they had the power) a transfer to the club...this after all, is not Real Madrid, where Raul has a say in transfer policy (or had, until this new president took over)...we are a team of consummate professionals, who would welcome a champion to the team, not hit out against it.

If Seedorf said something to the effect that "we are fine as we are" this is only a morale building statement, as we have started our competitive season..he is not about to go and say, on the eve of a match that could define our season: "Oh, we are lacking defensive cover, and we need a replacement for $heva"...come on now, get real.

I remain amazed at how you guys are acting, when we have a match tomorrow that could make or break our season, including which players we can attract, and as such, aquire this term.

So, why worry? Nothing, as far as I am concerned, will be concrete until after the match is through (unless we are leading like 0-6 at half time)..so its useless to speculate/worry/toss and turn/mope/moan/groan or have ***tfits.

In the words of the "Sunshine Club"...sing with me now:

Ah tell you that I´m doing fine....walking on sunshine!

it's ok for me if he comes but one thing that makes me worry - I'm afraid he will end like Bobo Vieri ...

Ronaldo, at half time he'll smoke half a pack of marlboro's, eat half a giant pizza and then he'll score with a ball that Kaka puts right on his foot at 1m from goal, then he will start to run pointing his little finger in the air, impersonating a retarded pinguin. Since he ran actualy 15 meters doing that, he will then nod to the bench he wants to be substituted because he's tired.

Then on the bench he'll smoke the other half of the marlboro's while Oddo cuts his hair and does his toenails. Then he'll ask Jankulovski to go put the other half of his pizza in the microwave and get him a diet coke.

Nightmares.

er....er.... So you acknowledge that he would score a lot when he comes, but you still don't want him ?
I guess you want Torres who hasn't had anything but a few above average totals to a guy who has topscored in almost all the major European teams
Look I know ronaldo isn't your regular choirboy, but his talent and ability are undisputed. Its a gamble that I'd be willing to take simply because Ancelotti doesn't care about anybody he WILL bench Ronaldo if he is crap (after all he benched sheva, and was open minded enough to try out Gila)

This is why I think Sobis should be our first priority, and if we're getting ronaldo at a bargain, why not?

Ronaldo + young prospect isn't THAT bad. At least Ronaldo is proven to be a goal scorer. It's actually pretty smart because if the prospect flops.. at least Ronaldo and Inzaghi can provide us with goals. The only problem is.. will he drop deep to pick up the ball ? That's the kind of striker we're looking for.

I agree. If, as Billy speculates, Ronaldo scores a goal off a Kaka pass in the second half of every Milan game, I don't care if he smokes two packs of cigarettes and eats three whole pizzas and a bucket of chicken at halftime. Production is production.

well, one way to make sure he will drop deep is if we manage to sneak in a blond brazilian supermodel and ask her to sunbathe or something in the vicinity of the center circle.
On second thought, however, that's not much of a solution cause then Ronie won't think even for a moment of going forward.

do you think Ronaldo and Seedorf have forgotten about their days in Inter? and most importantly, about Seedorf allegedly seeing Ronaldo's wife at the time (Milene Domingues) behind his back?

Warro:

It's so simple, man: Fat Ronnie will NEVER be able anymore to perform on a league like Serie A, only a blind man does not see that... so if Milan get tha pile of radioactive crap (as it seems that will happen), it will be the worst Milan's transfer of all times...

BTW, I want make here a statement that will certainly please all of you that want me OUT of MM: If Fat Ronnie joins us, I'll disappear from the forum, since I'll not talk or even think about the slightest matter related to AC Milan till he leaves us.

Wanted or not, if we will pass in group stage, on weneday our board will be in Madrid to sign Ronaldo. My opinion? He is not in good shape but he is a goalscorer who needs a new start, though the options for a good stiker arent much.
