marina berlusconi against galliani

some guy on myspace friends posted this... from the translation i read, it said something about how belusconis son and daughter are not happy with Galliani...

MARINA CONTRO GALLIANI
La Berlusconi all'attacco:

Nope they're not happy with the finances their daddy puts into Milan without results in the last year, so expect no more money pumped into the team and prepare for mediocrity.

I have read something like that in Gazzetta
But i don't understand why they say Milan spends too much
It's not like in the last years they have bought some expensive player

Still there are rumours that Milan will make transfers this winter
Mexes
Amelia
Oddo/Ilcinho
Di Natale/Iaquinta
Marzoratti
Rinaudo

I can't say what is true and what is fantacalcio
Maybe Marzoratti - we can call him back and Amelia - i don't think they will rely on Kalac

what this article/post says, as Periloke mentioned, is exactly the opposite of what Milan fans are hoping would happen with the team - and namely heavier investments in the team. Silvio's kids are not happy with how much Milan is costing the family empire and pressing their father to tighten the financial belt around Galliani's and Milan's waist.

Personally, provided that there is any truth in this, I just don't see how they could say that we have spend too much money - without any results - since for the past 4-5 years the only big investments we've made are those for Gila and now RO, if a 15-17 mil investment could be called "big" for a team like Milan.
At least according to the above article, they expect Milan to be winning doubles year in year out with minimal investement ... I guess that's when they will be happy with Galliani and the rest of the management.

They're probably just worried about their inheritance. When Silvio eventually passes away, I hope to God that the club is sold to someone else.

Miss Berlusconi attacks

"Milan costs too much"

Marina against Galliani. Milan spent too much, Milan costs too much. In summary, lots of troubles in order to balance the sheets of Milan, a necessary operation in order not to agravate the family's businesses. In the Berlusconi's house,it's been a recurring topic of discussion where Papa Silvio has had this argument with his son and daughter, Piersilvio and Marina. The 2 children have been continously suggesting and inviting Papa Silvio that perhaps it's no longer necessary to balance the sheets and give money to Adriano Galliani to handle it without seeing any result and return on the investment. Morever, they've been saying that a year of transition is ok and acceptable (reported by Mediaset's vice president, Piersilvio Berlusconi).

To tell the truth, more than Piersilvio, it's Miss Marina whom is in charge of the affairs as being the wise and counselor, who's already president of Finnivest and Mondadori, and not a surprise she's considered by the experts and the specialised circles as being one of the 30 most important and influential women in the world. Economists experts are reporting that it's her who is the heir to the Berlusconi empire. It's her whom has asked and invitered her dad, a spending-free and generous fan, to stop putting his hand to his wallet, at least for a short little while, a few months. It's also her whom requested the audits and papers of the Oliveira transfer which cost 40 billion lira (about 40 million $ correct me my Italians friends if this is incorrect) and how difficult and challenging it was to balance the sheets despite the funds from the Shevchenko transfer to Chelsea.

Rumours also have it that Marina and Piersilvio are tired of Galliani, suggesting to their Dad to get rid of him from Milan's organisation. However and not surprisingly, Galliani has been trying as hard as he could and with all his power to hold onto his post at Milan. But the wind is turning, specially now that Miss Marina is in charge...

so basically the sales of Shevchenko couldn't even balance the book. impressive work. then why didn't they charge more? I am pretty sure another 10M or 15M wouldn't bother Chelsea.

I am not fond of Galliani, but at least he is working his butt off for Milan. I honestly couldn't care less what the spoiled kids of Berlusconi's are talking about; then again, it is not like their words make any difference, I doubt. Berlusconi is a politician, and his mind is set whatever others (including his family) say.

I am not optimistic about the whole situation. I have a feeling that Marina B was just the mouth of Silvio. She only publicized what Silvio thinks. We are doomed then.

Today I support Galliani more than ever

If Berlusconi is planning to have that b***h succeed as Milan owner, he should seriosuly consider selling the club to somebody else

Didn't Galliani say last year that the books got even without including Shevchenko's money? Didn't he say that it was the highlight of that season? I'm sure it had appeared in the milan website. I think it was after the signing of Favalli.

Whatever it is. I hope Marina knows how her father became the prime minister of Italy and then think of thinking about cutting the funding. If even Berlu isn't loyal enough to Milan I guess its time to sell the club to someone else instead of leaving it in the hands of his kids. They (kids) do not appear to be interested in the club and I don't want to see the best club in Europe in trouble because of them. Personally I don't want to suffer as a result of it.

Galliani is a liar, but at least he has a Milan heart. I feel that he is a much bigger Milan fan than all the Berlusconis. I don't want to sound ungrateful (to Berlusconi's financial contribution over the two decades), but from time to time I enjoy seeing Galliani and son and Braida hugging and jumping and screaming like ladies, celebrating Rossoneri's victory.

Bottom line, if Berlusconi family is not interested any more, please let go.

Galliani is a liar...When I look at him, I dont want to trust him at all. But he supports this cluband really works hard there..although I think that he steals a lot of momney from the club as well. But I really dont want to see Berlu's kids owning Milan..that is for sure. Actually I am not that sure who influences who in Berlu family...It might be Silvio influencing all of them...and might be vise versa...
