i can see another week of taunts in my future, bcos this team jst wnt win when they have to! i give up: i'm joining Warro as a pessimist/realist, only i'm taking this result personal and attacking everyone, including Hunt, from now till the season ends, regardless of thier performance or the result.

Regarding the ref as somebody said in the chat, we have not had much go for us this season since Mou made those remarks about us getting too many Penaltys and FK's, makes you wonder if this has been noted by the referee's?

Pirlo and R80 do their thing and it's fine but, may be a small but,

The accuracy of Pirlo's passes/lobs can and should be better to provide better
R80 doesn't need to dribble into the box every time, defenders lining up in front of him

again:loosers with no winning attitude..simple
thats our problem the 2 last months, and i will write it over and over again..

the worst championship the last 25 years at least..thats the only reason we re 3rd,thats the only reason we re 4 points down..

this team is evidence of Berlusconi's plans, you dont have to be a genious to get it..

one thing to add:IF we win this championship(theres no chance for me,i ve said it mil times)then i dont want to think what will the scum do and say for ACM..

p.s. and still some blind fans hope for a winning end, just to see what excuses we(the negative-pessimistic-miserable fans) will find..Get over it,either way we're f*d up.

It's a bad result because by winning this game, the race for the Scudetto would have been amazing with Roma, Inter and us in a 2 point difference ...

In the first half, it looked like some players were just afraid, and not the ones I expected: Seedorf missed a lot of things, Ambrosini wasn't up to the task and Thiago Silva had some trouble. We hardly played as a team in this first half.
- On the first goal, the two central defenders are in fault, Dida can't do much on the shot of Maxi Lopez.
- On the second goal, there are two mistakes: Huntelaar (and more generally, any player) must NEVER try to dribble some players all alone and risk the counter when one of our CD goes towards the goal !! T.Silva made an effort to give an extra-solution in front of the Catania goal and all Huntelaar managed to do is trying to dribble two players, lose the ball and allow Catania to counter us. And then, at the end of the counter, after the cross of Maxi Lopez (who should never have been able to cross !!), you see Antonini waiting the ball without watching at any moment if someone arrives (you see it on the replay, once the ball is in the feet of Maxi Lopez, Antonini from this moment will never look at behind him if an opponent is going to arrive or not) and he is of course beaten by the guy who arrives running (and Dida there should have spoken to Antonini too).

In second half, it was better, we scored quickly, but we lacked something. All players did better except Huntelaar who should never play on the right again as it is useless: that doesn't give him confidence to play there, he misses a lot, he's almost never in front of the goal or in a situation to have a chance to score, and he just doesn't have the required skills to play there, he's a pure striker, nothing else.

Other problem in this game: Ronaldinho-Alvarez, the Argentinian made something like 15 fouls (before the big one against Antonini) and almost none was whistled !! And the problem of Ronaldinho was to never move from his left wing, he should sometimes go in the center of the midfield, just sometimes ... it's obvious that Ronaldinho can now run with the ball, he showed it several times in this game, there is no more physical problem with him, so Leo should give him a free role instead of "pasting" him on the left.

I also want to give credit to our wing backs who were very active (despite the mistake of Antonini on the second goal), ran all the time and tried to give solutions. Abate finally sent good crosses as he knows, he won't become the brother of Oddo !!
I want also to give credit to Pirlo-Seedorf: it's obvious that Pirlo is only effective when players move around him, and Seedorf gave him that solution by running (yes, Mrki, this sentence is for you !! ). When we play a static game, Pirlo generally looks very bad, when the guys move around him, Pirlo suddenly becomes Pirlo again. It's maybe the main difference between the Italian NT and Milan since few years, the difference of level of Pirlo is not due to the coaches but just the guys moving around him. And maybe some credit to Borriello too, he scored two goals after all ...

Anyway, the situation for us is EXACTLY the same as before this game: we need to win 4 points more than the leader (before that game: 4 points more than Inter because if same amount of points at the end of the season, Inter is champion, so 3 points are not enough, and after that game: 4 more points than Roma because if same amount of points at the end of the season, we are the champions) ...

All I hope is that the game against Sampdoria won't definitely eliminate us from this race for the Scudetto: Pirlo and T.Silva will be out. Bonera, Nesta and Pato are expected to be out for 10 to 15 days.

So I think Ambrosini will make it in the defence (I'm not a fan of this decision, and we'll also have to see what happens for Favalli who injured himself by tackling Maxi Lopez). I don't want Leo to use Abate in midfield, he has to be kept in the defence, so the best will maybe be to send a very attacking team with Seedorf, Mancini, Huntelaar or Inzaghi, Borriello and Ronaldinho all on the pitch (4-4-2 with 2 wingers, the midfield would be Seedorf-Flamini).

We should cheer Roma on now I think they'll win this Scudetto and even get the 2006 from Inter.

I expected a win so this result can't make me happy. Anyway, Inter is no better

WOW, what a bad coach Leonardo is turning out to be.
- A key match and you leave out your form midfielder Flamini
- There was no need for H11 substitution. The guy can score from 1 chance any time during the match
- You take H11 and put a washed up and useless player like Mancini
- What possible difference Inzaghi could have made when he was brought on to the field, instead Gattuso or Janku in midfield would have been better options

Hmm well if we can just some how win away at Palermo, we can nick the Scudetto rite at the end

I am just happy that all we need to do now is to get 6 points out of the last five games, so that we can guarantee a CL spot for next season.

Of course Huntelaar was horrible today. Absolutely useless and lazy, and I wasn't even blaming him for the second goal yet. In my opinion, Borriello was less skillful, much less, but he scored, and after that first goal, he did much better.

Now my second point, people may not agree with me, but I don't see the need to substitute Favalli - unless he was injured at that point. Milan was rising at that point, and that system was working at that point. Having Flamini actually stopped the tide, and I failed to see a huge lift that he brought. (This comment is just on today's game, just to be clear)

One of these days you may not see me here on MM anymore why? Because I m going to have a ****en heart attack from all this bull****.

Does Milan need to concide two goals in order for them to play the way they should be playing all the time? F,.,uck that bu./.ll****

I see that milannews attacks Abate how he made a lot of mistakes and all that, I thought he was one of the few that tryed really hard in the second half to make something happen. Also Dinho tryed, Thiago Silva...

All this is pathetic and needs to be fixed, trying is not enough for AC MILAN. Inter gave us at least five chances to get really close to them or pass them in the standing but we blow it and Roma didnt so they deserve to the No. 1 right now.

I also like to point out that Roma was in the bottom of the table almost until November. IF I remember corectly.

Shameful Milan

The thing is that even if Dzeko is playing for Milan, I really doubt MIlan can be in a better position then they are today. Same goes for Gourcuff, Cissohko and Henanez. But if all four of them are playing for Milan, then thats another story.

Letting Leo go is like losing a potential coach and a proven top-notch scout as well. Berlu will only need a puppet coach. Once he resigns from the PM he'll coach our team himself, playing 4-2-4 like in the old days of football
