Let me guess, do you live in England or any where in the Far East or maybe in the States?

B/C you sure rate Beckham as high as the likes of Rui Costa, Rivaldo, Redondo, ZZ, Baggio, Zannetti,and Figo.

Sure he won all those awards, but like I siad b4, he played for ManU and he is their poster boy. Wes Brown Nicky Butt and the Neville Brothers won the same team awards as Beckham, r u going to start saying that they are World Class Players too?

BTW I did not only mentioned Strikers, most of the people I mentioned were midfielders like your beloved Beckham. With the exception of Battigol and Sheva, they were all attk-midfielders/keyman to their team.

But since you say that Beckham is World Class in his position, then I must remind you that, if you are going to be that specific about it, right midfielders/Right Wing, then some of the truly world class player in that position are Figo, Hakan Sas, Cafu, Pires, Zanntti, Aimar and maybe even Rui Costa and Ballack, since they play as an out and out attk-midfielder. I would not rate Joanquin or Ronaldino as world class yet, b/c they still have not proven that they are consistent enough yet.

Honestly, you take away Beckham's fame and his poster boy looks, he is just an average player that fit perfectly into the system that he plays for. Not superstar who can adapt and play well in any type of system.
