Ireland's poor finishing continue.

During the match against France Ireland squandered good chances but a draw was a good result. However even though they beat Faroe Islands 2-0, the poor form in front of goal continued. Robbie Keane scored twice [ 1 of which was clearly off-side] but had numerous chances to score a third. Andy Reid also failed to capitalise on poor defending but the most dissappointing was Liam Miller who scuffed shots on various occasions, the worst when he found the ball idle at his feet in the centre of the box, but his shot flew high over the bar [ a player without confidence I think].
One good sign was an outstanding performance from Roy Keane [ who I had been unfair about some years ago, but has regained my respect]
