I've been reading these forums since about 99 and never actually felt the need to post something over all these years even though there have been some absolutely ridiculous points brought up about players we've bought who everyone said was a waste of our money and players who we should def get rid off cause they will never be milan quality, but those same players are now considered untouchables by many fans.

What is truly shocking bout this is that we are talking bout buying prob the best striker over the last 10 years who is a massive name(with massive size behind him, sorry just couldn't help my self) which many ppl in here have been crying for ever since sheva decided that he couldn't tell his kid he loved him in italian and went off to england to learn how to say it.

Now anyone, even those ppl who still believe that ronaldo is the best striker in the world must admit that anyone who would consider buying him at this stage is a leap of faith cause not only does he look like he's completely out of shape compared to any pro footballer anywhere in the world but he also seems to lack the drive to give his best out on the pitch and i'm not stating that as a fact but thats just my opinion and he may have reasons for that, which none of us will ever know about but the fact of the matter is that within him, somewhere really, really, really, really deep down that talent that set the world on fire is still there and if he can find the right place to go where he can bring that talent to the surface again would you not like that to be at milan.

Now i know even if he does reach his absolute peak if he does join us which is still a very big if at this stage we are not gonna witness the man who was at barcelona or even in his early inter days before the injuries but i'm pretty damn sure that he will be a force cause any man who can score 3 goals at the WC without barely breaking into a jog, well lets just say thats not the easiest thing in the world to do.

Plus anyway lets not forget he has played for Inter and i don't know bout the rest of you but i'm pretty damn excited when i hear we gonna sign anyone who's played for them cause anyone who's ever been there has seemed to be pretty awesome for us, i mean i even have faith in favalli having a pretty awesome season this year plus what would be sweeter than to have moratti's "love child" lead our attack to the scudetto this year with a points penalty and to be quite honest with you i can't think of anything sweeter

Well i guess all i'm trying to say is that yeah i know that this is a massive gamble but what the hell i'm all for it.

Hi, G_G. Welcome to the forums or at least congrats on your first post.
I guess your post should be made a sticky as an example for others how one could critisize Ronaldo and his possible acquisition by Milan without being disrespectful to the player or Milan Management.
And your post could also serve as an example for a certain member - who gaveus his word he would leave MM should Milan sign Ronaldo - that on this forum it is also possible to voice one's opinion in more than a half-line sentence that's being repeated over and over and over again.
