I doubt Kaka or any other player of his calibre would find any dif between playing in UEFA Cup and not playing in Europe at all. For suh players and their teams it's the CL and demestic championship that matters ... beyond that is just peanuts.

10 years ago UEFA Cup did mean something. Today, with the enourmous dif of financial rewards bwetween the two competitions and with the best championships having 3-4 clubs in CL, only 3rd rate clubs still care about Uefa Cup ... actually, even they don't seem to care that much cause teams play their second string players on a regular basis in Uefa Cup games.
