He may play. He's a starter lately, but he's playing out of position because he is a striker covering not Camo's but Nedved's left side of the field.
Nedved has a 5 match ban in serie B, and Palladino was replacing him.
But now Nedved is available so Palla won't play as left wing. Right wing as you say.... may happen.
I think it will be too much to put him in 3 different positions ( striker, left wing, right wing) in 4 matches only.

And Palla is a tall guy. He's a Vieri type of attacker, so you can only imagine how good he is as a winger, and that last match' result against Arezzo , where Palladino and Del Piero played as wingers, is just another prove how succesful "experiment" it was ( although, to be honest, it wasn't a Mancini type of experiment. Deschamps had to play attackers as wingers because all 4 wingers were unavailable)
