He can do it, you know. His team is covered on every single position and he can spend all the transfer money on Dinho.
Berlusconi can also match any offer but his team needs covering many more positions, not to mention the bench.
If Berlu buys Dinho than i'm pretty sure he won't buy more players, and is he ready to do so ?

Till now many things point on Dinho joining Milan if he leaves Barcelona. But till now Inter wasn't interested in him. Now they're joining the race and many things may change.
