Although we were told last week that Ronaldo was ready to feature in this match, he won't be used until Thursday's friendly match against Dynamo Kiev (along with Pato).

Ancelotti says he still has some 'twinges' and there's no need to rush him with the international break approaching. Carlo expects him to be fully recovered in time for our next league match.

As Aficio said, Gilardino will now have to start playing alot better to (a) keep his place in our team and (b) get back into the national team. Hopefully he'll knuckle down and put in a good performance tonight.

Ancelotti will also look to play the same 11 that started the Sevilla match (late injuries permitting of course).
