Out of topic (nothing to do with opening this site):

Someone knows my IP and he said that he has targeted/hit my IP (I dont know the word for 'hitting IP/make someone's internet very slow) yesterday on saturday so my connection got slow (yes, the connection was really bad on that saturday). How could they do it? How could I protect my connection (without changing IP) if somebody already knows my IP?

you have a network router?

if so, try putting a pass for it, maybe its one of your neighbours

if not, you'll have to call your ISP for an IP Change, i dont know any other sulotions..
