it's nauseating to see Galliani hugging Leonardo on the stand when Milan scored and when Ancelotti was still on the bench.

I'll be honest with you: I think this 'Milan-is-like-a-family" value and philosophy is nothing but a smokescreen to attract talents when they are needed.

When they are no longer needed, when resources trump, or when pathetic fans cry for anyone's exit, the management will do exactly that: family no more.
