Milan comunica che oggi il calciatore Alessandro Nesta è stato sottoposto a intervento chirurgico presso la clinica Villa Stuart di Roma dal professor Pier Paolo Mariani alla presenza del medico sociale dottor Massimo Manara. L’esame artroscopico preliminare ha evidenziato una rottura del menisco esterno, che è stata regolarizzata sempre per via artroscopica. Contestualmente, è stata eseguita in artrotomia una tenodesi del tendine popliteo e una capsuloplastica esterna. Alessandro Nesta verrà dimesso nei prossimi giorni e dovrà rimanere immobilizzato per due settimane con un tutore postoperatorio. Al termine di questo periodo inizierà un percorso rieducativo e si prevede un reinserimento alla sua attività atletica tra 30 giorni.

In 2 weeks, he will do the "reeducation" ...
In 30 days, he will be allowed to start running, swimming, etc to be at full fitness. That should take 2 more weeks ... and only then, he will start training with a ball, which probably means 2 other weeks before being back.
