They talk crap to misguide everyone but do the things at the back. That's why I trust nothing about what Galli et al. say .

AC Milan last night confirmed that talks are at an advanced stage to sign Emmanuel Adebayor following weeks of rumours about the likely destination of the Arsenal striker.

Both Milan and the player's agent, Stephane Courbis, said that although no fee had yet been agreed, the Togo forward was on the verge of switching to the San Siro leaving Arsenal in urgent need of a proven goalscorer a month away from the start of the new season.

"I can confirm that we have strong hopes Adebayor will soon become a Milan player," a senior official of the Italian club told The Sunday Telegraph. "We certainly want him and I think he wants to come but the work still has to be done with Arsenal. It's just a question of finding the time and the place."

Although nothing has been signed, it is expected that Milan will give Adebayor a five-year deal depending on the transfer fee, which Arsenal are prepared to drop from their initial £30 million asking price to £24 million. His agent refused to confirm the fee yesterday but admitted Milan were favourites to sign him. "We have discussions with Milan, Arsenal and the player but for the moment nothing has been agreed," he said. "I'm getting really fed up with being bombarded by journalists so for the moment we are saying nothing more."

so which is it? we're apparently n both advanced talked w/ ronaldinho and adebayor. i see adebayor is easily attainable at new price. however my gut tells me dinho is gonna be our guy

should both come (major coup i HIGHLY doubt) we can assume borriello is going to go?

Both I think... it's possible. I hope we get both... if I had to pick one... I'd get Adebayor... because a strong CF should be Milan's priority (I've said that a thousand times heh).

I think even if we get both Borriello is going to stay... as you said before Inzaghi can't play as many matches as he used to... and he'll probably mainly focus on the UEFA Cup.

IMO R10 should be number 1. We'll make good money on shirt sales & image. plus we have Pato, Inzaghi, & Borreillo who should get enough service from R10, Kaka, Seedorf & Pirlo to score enough goals. However our def, kpr, and sub mid still needs new players.

yes I Agree Tony. Juve just bought Poulsen, so we have to get a player that can bring the ball to the box even with Kaka being tightly marked.

Poulsen is such rubbish... there are certainly better players than that... and Juve fans are in a uproar about him.

Since Juve already have Sissoko and Zannetti, don't know why they are signing about DM, maybe we should have offer them Brocchi, then JUve will have 4DMs just like us.

So what has really happened? As I see it there's still rumours about Ronaldinho, Adebayor and Shevchenko. The price is a new one every day and it's mostly agents that do the talking. We still haven't signed anyone of them, so I don't see much difference from one month ago...
