That Abate kid is really quick... he has the sprinting technique of a Usain BOLT and Asafa powell... he could easily be in the olympics for italy...

I thought Kaladze is injured and won't be with the team until later on in the summer.
Also, are Zambrotta, Pirlo and Gattuso with the squad yet? Or did they just join the squad together with Onyewu (they all had extended breaks due to their appearance in the Conf. Cup). If they just joined the squad (because as far as I know they didn't initially travel to California), then it is kind of impossible to start Zambrotta and Gattuso with them hardly even having a single practice session under their belt this pre-season.

Anyhow, the rest of it is a good experimental line up. It'll be interesting to see how we shape up with all that. But I would love to see the likes of Albertazzi, Strasser, Abate and Di Gennaro get a whole half of football.

Too bad Guillermo Ochoa (GK) will not be with America against Milan tonight because he's with the Mexican NT in the Gold Cup...

If he just had European passport he'd be already in a big league in Europe...

They're wrong. Thiago Silva has fever and so does Borriello, so neither of them will play.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport we line up like this:

Kalac.

Zambrotta - Favalli - Kaladze - Antonini.

Gattuso - Flamini - Jankulovski.

I like the formation,it has many offensive oportunities for us..I always like Jankulovski as LM..Marek and Dinho can do damage to our oponents tonight!
