I'd rather we never play seedorf again ! he's clearly not motivated except by his ego.he's useless. i'd rather we start strasser.the goal apart i was impressed by how comfortable he was on the field since the moment he came.

abate's positioning is as good as a blind dog and i really think both he and anotnini lack this aspect along with the ability to read the game like a good fullback should.

bonera is simply a fool but he managed today partly due to cagliari's attack being impotent for most of the times. and lastly yet another example of robinho's poor finishing. everyone knows that he will be presented with chances to score as he spends most of his time in the other half, why doesn't he just start working on his finishing ??
that kind of finishing and first touch is maybe as bad as bonera's defending !

but again, championship winning teams win games like these, however unconvincing people might might say they are but these close wins add up the the scudetto wins !

as for cassano, he was good, he will only be greater. rest assured brotheren

seedorf was horrible today. lost the ball many times,no good passes and he is slowing the play.

robinho bad first touch when he could ha scored he lost control.

i realy liked cassano and i dont think gattuso is injured.

Guys, if you can share full game,i'd be very pleased. this game is a game to watch.

Merkel started then Strasser scored the winning goal. Wow. i forgot something, Cassano asssisted the goal. Then Juve lost 4-1, Lazio drawed. Just hoping for a loss or draw of inter. it will make everything perfect.

Actually it was a terrible game, esp our midfield... It seems we can't make or string 5 passes together...

Ambro lost the ball countless times, gattuso should never try a thru pass and lets not start abt seedorf.... These guys shld just retire as the game has evolved and they were not built for the modern game...

But on the bright side, merkel started and if you want to watch this match, just watch it from the 75th min....

And wats up with the long ball tactic???

Lazio drawed, Juventus lost, now a draw between Napoli and Inter and it will be a perfect week end before our next game with Ibra back ...
It's very good job indeed from Allegri to believe in Merkel and Strasser. Yeah, we have so many injuries but playing a primavera player behind two strikers gets my respect. I never really expected seeing Merkel starting in Serie A game!

Same with Strasser. He got chance before as sub and he did too in this game. He did very well, strong with the ball and had that spirit to fight on the field.

besides, the play leading to that goal , a one-two pass penetrating into the penalty box.. its been sometimes too since we scored that kind of goal ..

hope its a good sign from fantanino... haha feel sooo gooood

ps: MoM T.Silva single handedly does the job at the back . Excellent display from him
It is just so nice to watch our young players play, our products from junior team. Allegri seems having care about our young players but he probably doesn't want to let the kids get chance so easily.

Huge respect for Allegri for being so brave to play Merkel from the first minute and Strasser as sub (but I still hate him for not sub Seedorf even it was clear that Seedorf was so bad in this game).

Who could be that brave to hit back Gattuso?

Strasser seems learning something 'bad' from Gattuso.

Haha brilliant pic man. I totally love it.

Anyway, it's been a perfect week for us - two youngsters get to play, one of them scores and our new signing makes the assist.

At first I was somewhat upset that Inter won, but we got a 6 point cushion over Napoli and we still have a crapload of points over inter.

If I have to pick between a Napoli with 3 points less or an Inter Merda with 7 or 13 points less, I would rather see the former. I believe that Napoli (just like Lazio) eventually will fade off and Inter/Roma/Juventus always pose bigger threat in my opinion.

But as long as we win our matches.....

IMO Seedorf was doing his job fine, in the first half he was the only midfielder who can hold the line, intercepted the ball quite a few times, except for one accident. Merkel did two nice passes, he needs more confidence and vision to connect the game, when forwards go forward, he shouldn't go forward with them. Strasser improved a lot with his passes since the start of the season, this guy is not short of confidence.

Sad and interesting to see all Boateng, Flamini, Rino and Ambro out in next game, we need one more Strasser on the bench. Meanwhile we have 4 forwards + Merkel disposable. Time to play Janku or push forward Abate and field Oddo?

We have Udinese next, @ home, so i'd say we'll have to play Oddo.

-----------------Merkel----------------
-----Strasser---Seedorf---Abate------
Nini------T. Silva----Nesta------Oddo
