If we can purchase Gago and Higuain we then only need one or two players next year, plus new coach.... But im sure we will not. We played 16mil + an excellent player that Vogel really was for a striker that hasnt been playing for almost a year and that was never a world class player. couldnt we bought Iaquinta and Oddo for 16mil??

Like any of these South American ignorants were going to come to Milan. Do they even know that there is a club called AC Milan which is better than RM or Barca. This is crap. We shouldn't even send Braida/anyone to that melting pot for any reason. We should only get Italians and other Europeans. We can even go to asia, at least the players over there know that AC Milan exist and is bursting with ambition.

I am sorry, but this post is both incorrect and regrettably quite insulting to many south Americans. We had no problem either in the past nor will have in the future to bring players from there. It is a matter of preference of the player and of the club.

Gago said he'd prefer Real to Barca because his idol Redondo player there. Braida needs to step in fast if we want to get this guy. We surely don't need to keep seeing them in matches, he should be over there sorting out deals.

I wouldn't be surprised if we don't get any of these promising youngsters.

im actually quite sure we will not get any of them. What are we actually trying to do with all those false searches for talented players?? Where is the Milan power, Berlusconi's money?

What a shameful thing is the prejudice ...South America ignorants??? You show what is ignorance w/ this post!! Every brazilian player, fans, press, knows the respect that Milan give to brazilians players. Don´t talk about what you don´t know...the problem is that Galiani sent Braida this week, and teams knows as poors scouting teams like R. Madrid, aready had a previus negiciation w/ players in SA several months ago, and our team no...Milan did nothing, and just because we are losing right now, Braida was sended to SA.

Marcelo has real bids of Real Madrid, CSKA, Sevilla(and chose RM, normal)...but nothing of Milan. We can´t compete w/ big teams(IMO Real Madrid, Barça are big teams like us), without making real proposals to teams...

as I've read, Zambrotta wanted to go to Milan. Zambrotta chose Milan, but Juve chose Barca.

I agree its sad we send Braida to South America just now when we are loosing in serie a. So we didnt have a plan in advance?? You cant go to south america to find and buy a world class player in 2 weeks, thats just pure nonsence. Negotiations and pre- arrangements are going on much earlyer, like Madrid does it now with Mijatovic in that position. What we are trying to do is just too funny to be even considered as some real transfer business....that's sad. Its like in summer mercato, too little,to late.

Perhaps you may also tell me about any of these youngsters who have atleast uttered the word Milan as their suitable destination. Can you tell me how many of them have not mentioned the clubs like Barca, Chelski or RM as their desired destination.

I hope you know what future lies for them if they join teams like RM where they will become another Cicinho or Mikel at ski. Yes they are ignorant because these are the only clubs that come to their mind. I know they will have a future if they come to milan (esp. Gago) and I also know that joining the above mentioned clubs will do no good to them.

Our clubs officials are not going for them is because these players do ot want to join us. Its not the problem of our management if the players they are interested in, are not interested in Milan. I wouldn't even want Ronaldino in our team if he is not completely dedicated to us. Not every player has a Leonardo sitting on their head to convince them to join Milan.

EDIT: I am calling this bunch of SA youngsters as ignorants. Don't generalize with all the players who have existed in SA.

Just for a example, Mijatovic send Baldini to South America some months ago to start negotiations w/ Fluminense. Some time later, they did a proposal(less than expected) and Fluminense denied. So, when(in Spain) this week, la cadeña Ser said that Monchi(Sevilla) had a agreement w/ Fluminense for Marcelo, R. Madrid ofered more money, and the kid chose the BIG club. As brazilian I don´t want to see our gem in Cappello hands, but I understand the player chosing a top-5 club in the world. Milan never did a bid for Marcelo(or Lucas), they where here just "scouting" and every reliable source here in Brazil confirm that.
Right now we have a DM gem here(Lucas) that can give our side power, pace, strenght, skills, and is in a race for the MVP of Brasileirão, and I can´t read in any reliable source in the press that we are real serious after him...
