He didn't score and made only one assist but it was a different ManU from the moment he came in. They started attacking and he was in the center of every single action !
Compare the way the played with Solskjaer and the way they played with CR7. Then you'll see how he made the difference.
ManU wouldn't have won this without CR7 , i'm sure about that.

Ronaldo wasnt rested for Milan specifically either, he was carrying an injury and kept on the bench only to be used as a last resort. They said if he made his injury worse he could miss 2-3 games which would be the main Premiership run in as well as the Milan game

A very strange game as Everton set themselves up not to to score and ended up taking a 2 goal lead anyway Ronaldo didnt change the game alone, the way Everton were playing they were always going to become extremely nervous if they conceded and O Shea's goal was what shook them up. Stezagud, there is no such defender in the world that can play 1 on 1 with Kaka'. I really hope Rio and Vidic play at the San Siro so there are no talks about who was missing and so on.... And yes, Serginho was ALWAYS a starter, he is on the bench now simply becouse he is out injured for a season.

There is no defender that can play Ronaldo 1 v 1 either, but like Kaka he can be stopped by an organised defence. As you can see clearly from the 2nd goal, Utds defence was not organised, they have barely played together as a 4. There was a lot of indecision from them today also, diving in for tackles they cant win, backing off when they should close down etc Its simply because they arent aware of where each other are positionally.

one of Rio or Vidic may play but wont be match fit, we need them badly though, even at 70% they will do better than the defence that played at Everton today, that backline could easily concede 4 or 5 at the San Siro....

And suggesting Serginho is a starter is just plain wrong, who's place do you suggest this near 35 year old would take? He averages 20 appearances a year and a large number of them are coming on as a sub!

Moaning about missing him is like Utd moaning about missing Park, in fact Park is probably more of a Utd regular and had 5 Prem goals to his name despite 2 serious ankle injuries this year. The simple fact though is neither affect much except for weakening options from the bench..

This 35 year old LB played whole last season in a perfect shape and played superb matches in the CL and in serie a. Jankulovski never had a chance to play in front of him. Even at this age Sergio is still on of the fastest fullbacks in the world when he is fit. Unfortunately, he is not fit...

How can you compare Serginho's influence in Milan with Park's in United?? And the question is now....have you been watching Milan at all??
