Episode #1: Lazio vs. Milan (10-07-2007): A chance to redeem

Our offensive play has been positive today so far, compaired to earlier this season, however there is issues with too big space between our midfield and defense while defending. Lazio tend to get the ball in this zone and creating alot of chaos.

He wasn't fouled, the 'keeper went for the ball, got a bit of Gilardino and he threw himself to the ground.

Yup...the extent to which Gila was fouled in no way warranted that performance...but, at 1-2...I am not arguing too loudly

Yeah, at 11:30 I go running upstairs to turn on the TV and I see that the second half of the Super Clasico is still on.

The last replay they showed, it really wasnt a foul by the keeper...

Hopefully it'll give Gila a boost, knowing that he can at least contribute even when he can't score.

Good game so far, this is a different Milan than we have seen lately. And it's the first time since Genoa that we've scored more than once in a Serie A game!

Gilardino has worked really hard tonight, and has been playing well. I hope he can get a goal!

The way Gilardino dives is disguisting. No wonder the crowd on Olimpico hates him !
Don't get me wrong, those were penalties so Milan is the team that should complain for not giving one more penalty for them. But the way Gila jumps at the slightest contact must be punished by the officials somehow. It was obvious that contact or no contact, he was ready to dive. Luckily for him there was contact for PK so he can now defend himself. But the way he over-reacts is shameful for a world cup and CL winner.
