I don't have direct contact with any Ultra group, you're right, but please tell me how you/ultra groups can justify what happened today and last year in Silicy. It seems from the outside that the Ultra's hate the police but doesn't the Ultra behavior create the conflict with police by fighting with other fans?

Atalanta-Milan could be counted as a 3-0 win to the Rossoneri, according to ex-judge Maurizio Laudi.

The game was abandoned after just six minutes at the Stadio Atleti Azzurri d’Italia when a section of the Orobici support smashed the safety glass separating them from the pitch.

It remains to be seen what action will be taken after the weekend’s events, but Laudi has words of warning for Atalanta.

“They are at risk of the game being declared a Milan win,” he told Radio Marte Stereo.

“Atalanta could face financial and disciplinary sanctions, but the most likely outcome is that they will have to play behind closed doors or on neutral soil.”

Giving us 3 points because of bad behaviour, won't help anything. This doesn't have anything with football to do. This politics, ultras fighting for their rights, and doing it with violence

After viewing the ridiculous events that led to the postponement of the match, I can only agree with the sentiment that Milan should be awarded the points.

Atalanta, the club itself, has to be held accountable for the actions of their fans...regardless of what a protest is about, the majority of the "fans" at the stadium, wanted to see a football game...kids crying because they couldnt get to watch a match? For what? So some few idiots could stop a game which 100 times their number wished to see?

A team captain, with tail tucked neatly between his legs, going to beg some clowns for permission to play? What is this? What is Calcio and Italian society coming to?

But the bottom line remains that no steward, no police officer, no one moved to stop these hooligans from their infantile and ridiculous actions...I mean really...who died and made them God?

Just handing someone 3 easy points isnt good, you have to play and earn it, thats why as much as i was happy that inter recieved juves revoked scudetto, i know it wasnt earned on the pitch, so it has no significance, same goes in this situation.

Atalanta is vowing to take legal action against the ultras and Atalanta players and staff have started a petition against the violent troublemakers who caused their home game against Milan on Sunday to be abandoned.

I think what this club is doing (taking a stance) is admirable and they should be used as an example to the rest of the league. If Atalanta indeed have the..cajones..to go ahead and prosecute/ban their hooligans then we should not take those 3 points from them. I know Milan desperately needs it, but I feel it's unfair for a decent team like this to have to suffer playing behind doors because of some idiots. But then again, many would argue that closed-door games will teach the Atalanta fans a lesson...but see, it wasn't the ENTIRE stadium that started all that monkey busness, it was specific group of people.

Well, whatever the sporting judges decision, we're going to need a lot more than a couple of empty Sunday morning stadia's to fix this problem.

That's great, but they're apparently also planning to appeal if they're handed a stadium ban.

I would have to agree with Warro's earlier post.

So as things currently stand, we have been handed a 3-0 victory? And when will they rule on this result if it will be sustained or changed?
