All of you just think too much to define Milan material, and think of it as a cursed phrase. I give up, let's change that to 'world class' or 'useful enough for us'. You all react as if I mentioned something denying Holocaust or praising Hitler. I'm tired and sick of all this.

People tend to read too much into Milan Material. Heck, I don't even think Galli knows what that means any more.

We are not even linked to him, but i brought him up for constructive argument, to get feedback from different people, from different sides of the world.

plus i think it is said hotspurs are looking for 4.5 mil for him, which i know is Milan type pricing, seeing that we were not willin to pay 5 mil for cassano.

that's also my point. that's why i pointed out that if he is a creative midfielder with sufficient football ability to play in central midfield position, i don't see why we shouldn't sign him but as you said we never heard anything linking him with milan. plus it seems that not many clubs are/were interested in him.

that's true. the difference is aside from nationality (and probably their position or the way they play) is that lazzari got scouted easily especially by our scouted and especially allegri. i don't know if constant had ever played for allegri but i am sure, it is much more easier to get know about certain player in italy (serie A) than from EPL.

We're linked to Lazzari for this month and Matri for June. Lazzari would be a great addition to add depth. High workrate, decent quality on the ball and a notable shot make him a useful player. He's not world class, but his attitude to the game fits Allegri's ideas perfectly (someone versatile willing to offer support at both ends of the pitch, although he is definitely more attack orientated).

he came off early second half with an injury, and he was not very visible in the first half. the only thing i recall from him, is he earned a corner.

anyway, on the topic, I think we should move fast if we ever want Ganso. the competition is going to fire up quickly.

About Ganso, the thing is Leo already have Sneijder who's among the best in this position when fit, and a young Coutinho in his disposal. Madrid is a different case though, they might have Ozil, Kaka, and Canales but we all know how greedy they are.

If AC Milan can just get Andriy Arshavin, that would be a dream move He will set perfectly well in ACM starting line up. The guys was a monster back in Euro 2008 & still a match winner on his day. Its such a shame that he went to a clown club like Arsenal where he has all these infants surrounding him & all his talent works out for nothing with those babies & sick Arsene Wenger.

Somehow i fear that Milan will deteriorate rapidly for the 2nd half of the season....especially after watching the cagliari match...nothing special.....Seedorf is mediocre when there is no pirlo playing alongside him...robinho is wasteful, he needs at least 3 perfect chances to score once-doesnt know why he is so hyped.....cassano can barely run 50 metres, lower work rate than r80.......only positives are that allegri has shown the bravery to promote merkel and strasser, with some more first team action we can really polish these guys up to be used regulary in low profile serie-a matches....

bottom line is that i really think signing robinho and cassano was utter bull ****.....if galli and co is thinking that we have enough firepower with ibra+cassano+robinho and thinks about selling pato---HE IS WRONG 100%, We should have gone with someone like giuseppe rossi or neymar in place of r80 and even could have sold robinho to buy two midfieldes and two defenders like poli, lazzari, d.luiz etc...right now apart from ibra, pato, silva,nesta we are a pretty ordinary team who can realy falter in the season final run-in........to me the team should have looked like below after this winter mercato----

k7r i dont agree with what you've said.. cassano can run and his ability to spot out a perfect through ball and/or cross can only be matched by one player in our team - pirlo.. imo hes a big improvement from r80 how he played for us recently.. second off ok robinho has this problem finishing which should really be worked on but you have to appreciate his ability to open up space on the field - his very strong point is that.. he plays a big role actually in our play by doing that.. he opens up alot of space on the field with good movement.. something most people wouldnt appreciate because its hard to realize cus people usualy pay attention the person on the ball rather then the person running off the ball .. i agree with you saying promote beretta, good replacement for inzaghi. also with buying one of lamela pastore or ganso, do u actually think astori,agazzi or seculin r good enough for milan? papa,abate,antonini are in their class. imo abate is imrpoving well though, anyhow there all in that class, if they played for a small team and had room to play every game you'd notice a growth, mainly why abate has been improving recently.. out of ganso lamela and pastore, i know nothing of lamela so basically ganso or pastore - pastore. proven in seria a and big talent. ganso is proven to be a big deal but in brazil, plus his injury so its a big gamble, but im sure ganso would be slightly cheaper then pastore because palermo is probably better off financially, just guessing. neymar would be a dream come true i mean who wouldnt want a neymar-pato front line up, but we have ibra so theres really no space for him or rossi.. and robinho,ibra will probably not be sold for a while. i know 4 sure ibra wont be and he shouldnt be because he's been the backbone of our team this year..

i would buy ganso in the summer, and in the winter end it off with lazzari. in the summer ganso,a solid fullback/cb and we'll be competitve in europe again too.
