Pirlo and Kaka were fighting for the "most rubbish player of the match"
As usual Gila ended up winning it but that was only because Inzaghi was not on longer than him

I saw that too. First the grandma in midweek, now this. LOL! That wasn't me, Sorry, Dru, I'm bigger and have shorter hair.

An amazing 29 shots on goal today, made even more amusing by the fact that none of them went in. Torino alone had 12 of them but Dida nonetheless could've spent the match replacing the sod on the pitch, because they all went into orbit.

Pirlo and especially Kaka were just...bad. Nesta and Kaladze were solid. Gourcuff was kvetching about more playing time not too long ago, and yet he again looked like he was playing in a beer league.

Today's game makes me go . We didn't play badly and really it's unbelievable it actually finished 0-0. The problem today was simple, and that's we didn't take our chances. Gila twice, Inzaghi, Kaka and Ambro all had chances where you'd put your money on them scoring and none of them did, it's actually quite a feat that they all missed the chances they had. Really, that's the way football is though, you have to take your chances and really we have few complaints if we don't take them.

The first half was played with good tempo, control and organisation and we got a good number of chances. We looked threatening and it seemed a case of how long we'd have to wait before the goal came, rather than whether we'd score.

The second half was more disappointing, we couldn't build the same momentum as the first half, Torino decided at half time that they wanted a draw and the game lacked fluency. Even so we carved a couple of great chances and had a number of dangerous set pieces, none of which were capitalized on. After the first subs were made we struggled to build momentum again. We also had a penalty denied when really there was no doubt about it, at which point I'll again say the referee was awful today.

Players...

Dida - Little to do, but what he did he did very well, nice to see him playing with confidence.
Cafu - Decent running down the flank in the second half, but lacked end product.
Nesta - A couple of brilliant challenges and solid
Kala - Very solid, good game
Favalli - Ran down the left a lot in the first half but offered very little
Brocchi - similar to Samp match except no cross that ended in a goal
Pirlo - Decent game on the whole, I don't really think he's to blame today
Ambro - Worked hard but offensively seemed to lack a decent touch today
Seedorf - good game
Kaka - Poor today, did very little on the whole
Gila - didn't play badly, but missed two brilliant chances which he must score
Gourcuff - Added little
Serginho - A couple of threatening crosses but didn't have the impact desired
Pippo - Like Gila missed a chance he must score, other than that did very little.

It's difficult to say much about this game. Clearly our home results are hurting us badly, but at the same time today we played a lot better than we have at home most of this season. Had we'd scored, things would've been a lot easier, but in the end we didn't so naturally the result eludes us. There's no excuse, we missed our chances and that's it, Torino were defensive but we still can't get away from the fact that we had 4-5 chances where the attacker only had to beat the keeper and failed.

We have to pick ourselves up for Shaktar now. However, the situation here is a little similar to after Palermo. The players cannot let the result get to them, the performance was good and we did a lot of things right, we must look to continue to build on this.

The roller coaster of highs and lows this season continues.

FORZA MILAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The players we had out can do the job, they show it most away matches. Tonight was one of those nights where you feel even if Ronaldo was on the pitch he'd probably miss big chances along with his team mates.

I think it's nerves more than anything that has us playing like sh!t at home. We're simply afraid of pissing off the fans.

Not unlike last season at this time, when he got his old form back and we were playing like crap. He just may be the unluckiest guy on the team.

Do you think we'd have created 4-5 clear cut chances had we played badly?

We weren't great, but it wasn't like we were struggling in the match (other than to score goals obviously). Simply put, if Gila or Pippo or Kaka or Ambro had taken their chances, there'd be no complaints right now.

For a minute I thought Pirlo was going to be our saviour.....thar was until he kept trying to hit a homer

Kaka didn't do ANYTHING right

Seedorf was inspirational (my only fault to be found with Carlo.....kick off Brocchi and bring in gorcuff and then kick off Favagol for Serginho..... Pippo REPLACES Gila not plays with him.....hell Isreal and Palestine have a better understanding )

Ambro worked all game and was a real ball winner I can't be harsh on him for his miss .....plus a certain other player is supposed to be in that position headding the ball anyway

I'm not complaining too much about his performance, Ambro did ok today. But that chance at the end is the type he's scored over and over and over again in his career, it's surprising he got it so wrong. Gila and Pippo were there, but I doubt they'd have scored that, especially tonight where given an open goal from half a foot out with all Torino players (including the GK) in our penalty box they still probably would have missed

Actually Pippo's chance was pretty hard...if you look at it on the replay....he spent too much on evading the keeper . I feel sorry that Gila missed his chance but the guy needs to learn to pick a spot and shoot for it. That's basic technique for strikers......even amateur players understand this.

We were not that bad today compared to the rest of the season cause we got what we deserve, one point! We are a mid table team so donīt get your hopes up cause it not going to change anytime soon, the usual excuse is that when small teams play against Milan they only defend and counterattack but thats IMO is OK we did it when we meet Barca in the CL and PSV (I have never seen another team take that tactic to such extreme as we did in those games, we had eleven players inside our own goal)

I donīt want to meet Inter in this kind of shape the would rip us to shreds, we can win a game here and a game there in Europe but its seems like its harder to win serie A cause weīre not even close to even put up a figth against the best teams over a whole season!

Give me serie A every time of the week and drop this six good games a season CL bull****, or atleas do what the rest of the teams do go for all three
competition not this pick and chose

I wouldn't exactly put the blame all on the misses (yes, yes, they would have made the difference, which is the sad part), specially cause I believe that a win a loss or a draw are all made by every single one of the players out there, and if there's 3 big misses, the team has to seek a way to overcome those misses-specially when 2 of them were made before the 20th minute-.

For the first half we deserved a win, but for the second half, Torino deserved to win, we were clueless out there in the second half, and I don't really know what the real problem is (age?, lack of depth?, motivation?, bad decisions by the coach?, missing sitters? all?) , this is a team that can play the best football in the world in one moment (fast, great in defense, awesome in counters, great combinations, lots of goals), and in the next we look like if we were Ancona (slow, bad passes, bad shots, shaky in defense, can't even build a counter attack). There has to be something besides that irregularity.

by the way guys, infact we played really well today. the only time were I thought we went lost was when we had two strikers on and Seedorf went back to midfield, his old position. Today Seedorf played one of his best games in a Milan shirt and was outstanding with all the assists and ball-winning, and then Carlo decides to bring on Gourcuff for Seedorf. But every other day when Gourcuff should come on, he keeps on the bench, today when Gourcuff should have stayed on the bench, he brings up on for Seedorf, our most attacking threat!

Kaka was very bad, Pirlo's form in the last 3 years in the league has been bad really. He plays a few good games in a row but then just disappears. There's no doubt he's one of the best in the world, but his consistency is probably one of the worst in the world too.

Gila played very well again today but he should have buried those chances. Pippo did well with his chance to pass the keeper in the first place so I dont understand why everyone is blasting him. He did well, but he could have done better.

Carlo's decisions for me were really bad today. Removing Seedorf was the biggest disappointment and playing Pippo along with Gila. Did anyone notice how Gila absolutely disappeared after Pippo came on?
