Even though its just video games, i mean i dont think he is th best option, and really i dont want any other Brazilians except Alves.

If you are looking for a CB, look @ Kokampy, Metasacaker, Mexes (my 2nd choice), Ramos (my first choice), Barzaghi, Zapata, just to name a few.
I donīt go to jump in the "brazilian" question...but reading your list, Iīm sure you are evaluating players by the video games and not in reality:

Ramos: As a offensive RB heīs one of the best of the world, but as a CB heīs rubish. Always out position, low defensive awarenes. One funny thing about Ramos: Heīs a better header in the offense than in defense, and this is horrendous for a CB...and Iīm not even talking about the several times he leaves teammates in a bad situation because of stupids yeallow/red cards.

Mexes: Good player, but nothing more. Juan in one year plagued by injures is outplaying Mexes in every aspect of the game. Promising youngster that until today, doensīt full fill his potencial.

Kompany??? Cīmon, the guy WHEN PLAY, is more of a DMD than a defender. Maybe in your video game heīs amazing, but in real life heīs an above average defender at best. Until today...

Metasacaker: Another one...canīt outplay Naldo(a brazilian defender) in Werder and heīs great??

Barzagli: Itīs like me to say that Afonso Alves, a brazilian bald CF, goal scorer in Eredivisie, and play for Brazil NT is the new Ronaldo...

I just saw Zapata play one time, so I canīt judge him...

In real life, Alex played 2 year in Santos and was chose 2 times the best CB of Brazilian Champonship.
Three years in Eredivise, 3 times Champion and 3 times chose the best defender. BTW, after years without go to knockout rounds of Champions League, in Alex era, PSV goes 3 times to the knockout round, with PSV best weapon always being the defense. In the year after Alex leaves PSV(this year), the team didnīt go to knockout rounds...itīs not for kidding that Alex is a hero in Eindhoven.

Now in Chelsea, in a type of game that several thoughts would be hard for him because of the pace, and because players needs some time to adaptation. Besides that, heīs the defender that more played at Chelsea(injureīs help) this year. And until last week, Chelsea was the best defense of all big european leagues. Playing behind 2 Chelsea legends(Carvalho/Terry) Alex is outplaying Terry and with Carvalho is the best pair of the team(the numbers tell this) this year.

look, donīt take this post as a ofense, Payne...but since Alex was at Santos(and we linked to him) I was here in MM defending Alex of this prejudice with brazilian defenders...in the begining it was hard because he was unproven, but now, after all his achievments in Europe at only 25yo, the facts are at my side...and not only the facts, but respectable people in Football like Carlo, Capello, Mijatovic, Van Basten, Juve board, etc...

Kidding, Alex is VERY welcomed in Milan as he is a fantastic player. To have him and Nesta would be like a wall.
Yep, we need a real big defender to pair with Nesta or Maldini. Itīs unbelievble how weak we are in aerial game also, and Alex will help a lot in that area. The problem is, Alex is a non-euro player, and if this Sheva come back is real, I donīt see Alex coming even if Carlo wants, because Silvio is the boss.

This will be a BIG mistake, since imo, our big problem are in defense(RB, LB and CB) and in the midfield. We are always outrun and outplayed in the mid this year, and without a in form Gattuso because of injures, and a Ambrosini more slow, teams are really dominating our side.

Sure we can improve in with a great CF(Tony would be a dream), but if our purchases will be only for the ofensive side, it will be another nightmare season. We can score, period!! But we just canīt hold a lead, even against smaller teams...

I agree, We dont need more then Ronaldinho and one good forward. Our problem is that running potency of Rino-Pirlo-Ambro wasnt been good this year. Flamini could help in there.

Our fullbacks are horrible, period. they can play in Livorno and Siena, not milan.

If we, as Brasiliero says, do not change our fullbacks and our GK, and the tempo of our midfield, we can score as much as we want when we always conceede...

i'm pretty sure its Drogba.. right after Mourinho left Chelsea Drogba said he wanted to leave Chelsea and apparently he said he wanted to go to Milan to all his team mates, but it was only mid-way through the season, so he decided to take it back and stay put until the transfer market comes... it was also reported that he was in Milan having a cup of coffee with his agent and Galliani/Braida twice this year... he recently hasnt said any comments like that he's going to stay at Chelsea, but I think he is the guy they are talking about.

I don't like the fact that both Sheva and Drogba are coming, it should be one or the other and I think it should be Sheva for many many reasons. And besides does Drogba have European citizenship?

Youīre right, mrki...
Itīs curious how people see our flaws around the world. Here in Brazil, the majority of the press think like us. We are atrocious at fullback position, and very thin at CB. As we agree our mid canīt run with anyone in Europe or Serie A.

Goalkeeper: IMO Dida isnīt bad as people paint. He was amazing in our last run in Champions league and in the final against Liverpool. Said that, heīs old(for football) and as we saw this year, only deserves to play if 100% fit. So, we need a new keeper. Fiorentina will trade Gila for Frei, but for me it will be a mistake. Gila still has more value than Frei, period. BTW, the player that Fiorentina will to buy to replace Frei is Diego Cavallieri of Palmeiras. Diego is now a Eu-player(italian passport) and imo will be one of the best in Europe when start to play there...Milan needs to look at him.

Defence: kaladze and Bonera are good backups. With the purchase of Alex(15 MIL) and a italian youngster or squad player, we would be very good. Send Oliveira and CASH(heīs worth) for Daniel Alves and bring Zambrota for the left(where imo he belongs). A FIT Janku is a very good backup, and Cafu and Oddo also.
Alves(Oddo/Cafu)---Nesta(Alex)----Alex(Maldini, Kaladze)--Zambrota(JAnku)-
This is a amazing defense for any team in Europe.

Midfield: Roma needs money(and a CF) badly...so, trade Gilla and money if needed for Aquilani. Amazing talent and ready for our firts team. Like in NBA, you donīt trade big for small, so to trade Gila for a keeper and not for Aquilani will be a huge mistake(Giovanni, itīs true this rumour??). Get Flamini also would be great..one of the few players can match Gattuso running. A player to keep an eye is Keita of Sevilla, great atlent but isnīt a eu-player.
BTW , Renato is underused with the new Sevilla coach...class DMD and very underrated. He has spanish passport and would be a amazing backup.

Fowards: Pato will be even better, a real star. Pippo can play a few games and Paloschi also will be better. My dream purchase would be Tony, spend the money there!! If not, and Fabiano price and spanish passport is right, bring him. Iīm not sold on Borrielo...heīs worth a look, but Paloschi has much less chances and proves more than him. Some players just donīt have the mentality for big clubs

We need to spend to be competitive, and imo to bring Alves, Zambrotta, Alex, Aquilani, Flamini and a CF is realistc(money), and would not hurt our chimestry.
GK: Diego Cavallieri, Dida/Kalac
Fullbacks: Daniel Alves; Zambrotta; Oddo; Janku and Cafu few good games like today and the trasition to retire. Besides, heīs Pato mentor in Italy
CB: Nesta, Maldini, Alex, Bonera, Kaladze and one italian youngster.
Midfield: Kaká, Pirlo, Gattuso, Ambrosini, Aquilani, Flamini, Seedor(if he accept his new role), Gourcurf and Brocchi.
Fowards: Pato, Tony or L. Fabiano, Pippo, Paloschi, Ronaldo.

Imo, this is a amazing team

These Gattuso rumours are getting worrisome. There has to be some element of truth to it, it's even being mentioned in interviews (kaka) on the official site. It certainly doesnt seem like the club is pushing him out, seems like he wants to leave and teh club are trying to console him and talk him into staying.

My personal feeling is if he wants to leave, then we should just let him go---shows you how loyal he is, esp for a guy who's 2nd or 3rd in line for the captaincy. I know he's a great player and all, but surely we can get a more "complete" DM to fill his spot (Flamini and Diarra come to mind).

Any news from Italy about this? Gio--what are they saying in Italy?

o well.. great. we need another traitor after the last one is gone lolz.. joking.. the main reason is more like i don't think that Henry will suits to play with Milan. he did played with Juve right? and Serie A just not suits his style. he needs to play fast football like EPL. but still great player IMO and never heard about he'd been linked to us

I heard that Chelsea is interested in Kaka. Chelsea believes that Kaka will leave since We are not going to compete in UCL next season. Well, great players always feels they deserve to play in UCL.
Your opinion?

Right. Galliani said "some numbers don't add up". Considering his capability of doing the math (remember the '180% our player' statement?), no wonder they don't come to an agreement
