I've found this video. He saved Ortega's lighting speed freekick.

His jumping power, reflex and punching are good, look like Campos (Mexican GK in World Cup 94). However, he lack some systematic GK trainings, the "landing" was humourous.

He was born on November 14, 1980. A 1m92 tall man. He is playing first season for Racing Cup (Argentina), this is also the old club of Grimi. So we have good contact.

This is the first season he play for a big club, and become immediately first choice. He look like a raw talent though 27 already. This new discovery reminds me of Christiano Doni, Fabio Grosso and Luca Toni of Serie A.

I think this will be a good transfer.

Never see him play before. But if Milan bought Grimi from this club and he is by any means not a Milan standard, then I don't think he's good enough for us

Nice, a new thread based on nothing but unsourced rumors for someone who has no chance in hell of coming to Milan.

Mods...?

I don't understand why an Argentinian goalkeeper (extra-EU) would be buy, whereas we refused Buffon and Galliani said that there would be no offer for Frey ...

If Mods are going to close this thread please move the posts here to the suitable thread (summer mercato?) so people can talk about this GK.

Give me Boruc or Frey, I prefer Boruc by far, but maybe we can get Frey for Gila so I won't complain. Drogba, Quaresma, Vargas, Zambrotta and young world class CB of your choice would also be on my list.

But the players that I've bolded IMO are a must.

Get rid of Cafu, Favalli, Gila, Brocchi & Serginho. Maldini is retiring.

I'd play Quaresma & Vargas as my wingers and have them feed Drogba with Kaka tucked in behind.

When we want to play more similar to the way we do now the following:

------Anyone-But-Dida--------

--Oddo--Nesta-- NEWCB--Vargas--

----Seedorf-Pirlo-Gattuso--

------------Kaka-------

-------Drogba--Pato--

When they park the bus and want to go wide, we can do this:

------Still--Anyone--But--Dida---

--Oddo--Nesta--NEWCB--Janks-

-------Pirlo--Gattuso------

-Quaresma----------------Vargas

------------Kaka----------

---------Pato/Drogba---

These options would give us the needed depth to focus on both the League and the CL.

Bonera could come on as a RB or CB, Kaldze at LB or CB & Emerson for Gattuso. Pato could drop back behind Drogba if Kaka had to come out. Gourcuff could take sub Seedorf or take the wing in the second formation.

Probably need some tinkering and one more striker would still be needed. Paloschi needs more time IMO.

Suggestions???

that's a thumbs up from me, if that makes Galiani care at least a bit more than he does at the moment
I think if Drogba comes, than Paloschi and Pato should be enough,
now Anonymous, you just need to find out what Galiani's email is so we can spam him with our wisdom

I know it's alot, but i think we need 6 or 7 new players next season. New 1st team full-backs (my choices: Vargas, Zambrotta), a new CB for the 1st team(Zapata), a Pirlo alternative(Rosicky?), a Kaka alternative(Aguero) and (depending on how many we get rid of) 1 or 2 new strikers(Benzema, Amauri/Adebayor?).

Whichever way you look at it, it'll cost alot of money.

My first 11: 4-3-2-1

Dida/Kalac, Vargas, Zapata, Nesta, Zambrotta, Ambrosini/Rosicky, Pirlo, Gattuso, Kaka, Aguero, Adebayor

Second 11: 4-3-1-2

Dida/Kalac, Jankulovski, Kaladze, Bonera, Oddo, Ambrosini/Rosicky, Emerson, Gourcuff, Pato, Benzema, Inzaghi/Paloschi

If you wanted to attack you'd play Rosicky, to defend you'd play Ambrosini.
