actually, it was right in the middle, exactly above the keeper. Sereni was a bit surprised though plus the ball was just too fast and falling at that so it went right between Sereni's extended hands and the crossbar.

Cagliari's goalie was much surprised too when Sheva unleased that drive from like 27-30 yards without turning his head to look at the goals.
How do they NOT get ready when Sheva has the ball in front of the box?

it's just against Human's intuition that he can shoot from even the slightest angle.

Just like Marco van Basten? I am recalling the USSR-Holland Euro final of 1988.
I used to despise Marco for taking away the golden boot award from Dnepr's Protasov in 1985, 37 vs 35 goals, until I saw one Marco's goal for Ajax. What a mind-boggling bicycle strike in the top corner! The ball was at about 180-200 cm (6-7 feet) off the ground after a cross when it was hit.

I would rate him 7.5-8,
while Sheva was about the same (shouldve had a hat-trick).

Seedorf = 8
Kaka = 8.5

Who do you think was better or close than these 4 players?

Sheva is gonna get more points...he scored 2 goals...so it is usually about 11, Gila is gonna get - 9.5, Kaka for goal and assist - 10..I dont know for sure, but smth about that. Tomorrow will know precise figures..will post them here.
Good performance after all...we, fans, deserved it. After this game I am getting hope that we can win against Bayern with a good score...

Egoistka, please take a look at the way media does the ratings... like Gazzetta dello Sport, Tuttosport, Il Giornale, etc.

An average performance is usually a 6... a very very poor, is like a 4.5... a great one, an 8...

I've never seen anything higher than 8.5...

It happens, in Gazzetta..if you look for medium points...Toni was 13.5 once..then he wasnt score for a while and went down..but it did happen. (Are you by any chance just contrudicting every my opinion?)

They count it this way: general performance with no goals from 6 is OK, plus every goal you score + 3 points, every assist +1 point, yellow card -1 point, red card -3 points....Maybe we are talking about different statistics, my one goes from Gazzetta Dello Sport (www.gazzetta.it)...I take all my statistics from there. It is fair I think: score, assist - get extra points, ammonition - take away some points...

Really?? My slave??? WOW...unfortunately as i said it was few weeks ago and you cannot get that statistic back...it changes after every game...It was when Toni scored 2, 3 goals every game (crazy guy!!!)..Now his medium is still the highest 9.48...but cause he didnt score for a month or smth like that his points went down. I follow this statistic a lot, coz i play Magic campionato and Toni is in my team. So it cant be a mistake...His points after some games riched 17!!! Trezeget also got 17 once I m telling you, there is a special way of counting...it is possible. Not for defenders and goalkeepers though...they usually dont get more than 8.

So which of my opinions were naiv? Interesting...

Egoistika....you are probably talking about something different. Some kind of points. I really don't know about what kind of points you are talking about but I am sure that Saint is talking about something different.
Saint is talking about the game ratings which usually come out on the official site the next day. Those ratings dont usually go higher then 8.

Possibly...if they dont go higher than 8 - it is not interesting..I like when there is a possibility to get many points, increasing with amount of goals you ve scored...that shows players performance much better..My opinion...

Unfortunatelly I did not watched the game. Well, it seems that our performance was pretty fine, and that's great for the self confidence of the squad. Treviso is not exactly a powerful adversary, but nevertheless that victory can serve as build up against Bayern.
