I don't see why they were whinging so much about the -30 meaning they could go into serie C.

at minus 15 most would fancy them for promotion, there isn't 15 points difference between promotion and relegation. I wouldn't mind seeing them back, I hope Capello dosn't return to serie A with anyone though.

If Juve gets -15 points and Milan's situation doesnt get any better that this is just ridiculous. If Juve gets anything less than -30 in B, that is also ridiculous becouse this is the biggest fraud in football history! They should be hapy they are not in serie C1. About the points I've been making about Barca and Real Madrid...I know Real has "royal" money, but spanish laws also helps to make more money out of stadium sales and so on, while in Italy that is not possible.

Don't want to turn this into a Tevez discussion, but the Argentine newspaper Diario Ole is reporting that Tevez desperately wants to leave Corinthians. What that might mean for us, I couldn't say.

I think everything points on the lighter penalization and maybe the rumors that the trial is only a charade were really true.
Fiorentina and Lazio are not selling any of their players yet so that means they have a huge hope they won't come down in the end. On the other side Juve already got along with Serie B so their players are leaving...
At least they must know something...at least they must know theres a big chance of lighter penalization and if Fiorentina and Lazio will stay in Serie A...Milan gotta have just small point deduction for the upcoming season and maybe even 4th CH.L. spot... Otherwise it wont be fair... They just can't leave Milan on the same level as them...

What else do you want ?
The team lost huge amounts of money, got relegated and will lose it's best players for ridicilous money. This means the club will have to start almost from 0 !!!

And since someone allready decided to hurt Juve, why do you think the "someone" is now showing mercy ??? If they decided to humiliate and punish Juve i'm sure they'll give them the highest possibille punishment, and since they didn't send Juve to C, then logical conclussion is that they didn't have a case to send Juve to C, don't you think so ?

Don't be affraid Mrki, and don't hate so much

I agree wit Mr. Bungle! He is right! I hope we may have a chance to play in Cl or at least in Uefa Cup and our points deduction can be -7 or so instead of -15!

Im not afraid at all, I know Juve cant be damaged the way they are showing it. " someone decided to hurt Juve..." , come on man, Juve destroied italian football, they deserved what they got, MINIMUM. if they get their sentence reduced I'll be mad as hell becouse that would be ultimate injustice.

some good news

UEFA extend Italian deadline
Tuesday 25 July, 2006
UEFA have extended their deadline for the confirmation of Italy’s entrants to next season’s European club competitions.

The Italian Football Federation now have until tomorrow to finalise their list, as the decision could not be made today.

The extension is necessary as the Calciopoli appeal verdict – which decides whether Juventus, Milan, Fiorentina and Lazio are eligible for European football – is due to be announced later tonight.

The draw for the Champions League Third Qualifying Round takes place on Friday at 10am with the UEFA Cup Second Qualifying Round draw to follow at 11.30am.

As it stands, after the first grade Calciopoli verdict, Inter would be joined in the Champions League by Roma, Palermo and Chievo.

lets just hope they go easy on milan and we are available for the champ league this year.

This is indeed good news, as with the delay, the FIGC have now no choice but to reconsider the punishments, and I certainly hope that we will benefit by being allowed back into Europe...

I am certain the FIGC realise that by excluding Milan from the UCL, they are practically eliminating all possibilities of an Italian team winning the competition this term.

So, with their decision to allow one more day to the FIGC, UEFA are also seemingly trying to give Milan a chance...I mean, how undervalued would their competition be, without their number 1 ranked team?

Rick, thanks for your kind words...maybe I was around, but as I tell others who think I write well...I would only write for Milan, as they are the institution that brings the passion out in my writing...therefore this is severly limiting if I were to consider writing as a profession, or even a worthwhile hobby. I remain however, grateful for your feedback.

Even if i dont believe it actualy happen but I still hope for getting back our CL spot.
with the way things are going we should get atleast UEFA CUP spot but that's second class competition and only the money that you recieve of it will be importent. I still try to believe to the managment but when you get so serious punishment you cant ignore that we did somthing wrong. Lets hope for good results tonight anf Forza Milan.

Everyone seems to go "Yay we only get deducted seven points and we will be able to play in UEFA..."

I'm not happy with that. We deserve no point deduction, CL football and the 2004/05 and 2005/06 scudetti. Instead Inter gets one of those while the other gets annulated, we will maybe play in the "mighty" UEFA cup and start next season with a serieous handicap vs. the other title contenders (Roma, Inter, Palermo, Sampdoria).

For what? Because the infamous Juventus triade got now replaced by the Borelli- Palazzi - Rossi Inter triade, and we're losing again.

This trial is a joke and a disgrace. It's keeping me out of my sleep and appetite for months now, enough is enough. We seem to receive a "gift" by getting the sentence diminished but you can't teach funny faces to old monkeys like me, we're getting screwed.

EDIT : btw, my new best friend Guido Rossi puts pressure on the tribunal by stating he would resign if he finds the verdicts to be too low, god please let it be and please make him take his Palazzi boyfriend with him.

dude, I agree with you. and welcome, as I haven't seen your posts before.

this trial is indeed a joke, and all your analysis is right to the point. I believe that we are the victims here, the reason that I wouldn't mind a point deduction is that things could be worse, also because that Inter sucks so we can still beat them with any handicap.

But I am very angry with the facts that we couldn't play in CL and Inter got one scudetto while the other one was voided. It makes me sick. Inter is now superseding Juventus to become top of my hatelist. They used to have my sympathy, as insincere as it might be.

cheer up, my friend. Let's cross our fingers and hope for a more positive result. As long as we can play in the CL, I will be happy. Still, we don't deserve all the sh!t, but just remember: things could be worse, much much worse.

This is exactly I'm worrying so much...The new "sh!t power of Inter" Look at the face of the Dirty Godfather of the "Inter Triade"...Moratti!!!!

For more than a decade he never win a single scudetto...and I can't believe that the "babyface" Mancini is also that greedy for things he doesn't deserved at all!!!

I just do hope that Milan will have the chance to play in CL even through the qualification round as 3rd pf 4th place of last year table. Let the sh!tty Inter and the dirty face Moratti take the scudetto as long as we go to CL and 6-7 points deduction for 2006 - 2007 season by which we will win the scudetto on the pitch and not from the table of Guido Rossi's connection!!!

What's next for us (according to Corriere della Sera):
Buffon: A complicated operation 'cos Dida will have to move to England, Coppola to Livorno and, finally, Amelia to Juve;
Crespo: Another complicated situation. The player already asked Abramovich to move to Milan, but Mourinho have another ideas;
Oddo & Zé Roberto areless complicated to join us.

"Destroying the Calcio" is what happened on July 14th and not what happened in past 10-15 years !!! "Destroying the calcio" is what happened when Sheva,Cannavaro,Zambrotta left the country, and what will happen when few more star players will leave the country. "Destroying the calcio" is what will happen with Italian clubs in Europe the next season !!!
