Oddo, officially a Milan player!

Trabelsi has gone to Man City... there's no confirmation of a move... but he has undergone a medical there...

I don't see the necessity of getting Oddo because in my opinion he is highly overated. 1) How many minutes did he play in the WC? 2) He really hasn't impressed to much at Lazio, and for those who say it's because Lazio sucks, that's a lame excuse. 3) His asking price is way to high at $8 million. Trust me, he's not worth more than Thuram and Canna. 4) We already have great RB's in Bonera, Cafu, Simic, and we could also develop Brocchi into a great RB as he has great pace. I want a RB, as Cafu will probably retire soon, and Simic will probably leave in the Christmas time or next summer as he doesn't get much playing time. The only thing is that I don't think Oddo is the right man for the job. We need someone who has played CL football, competed for the league title, and has won something. A winner. Someone who is great enough to play in the Milan XI. Bonera is good, but he probably isn't good enough to start at the moment. Few examples of the kind of player I'm talking about are: Salgado, Puyol, Miguel, Cicinho, Neville, Belletti, Sagnol, and maybe Trabelsi. Oddo just won't do it for Milan. If he comes to Milan, he'll be a bigger bust than Laursen

Salgado is now unwanted in Real Madrid... old too... how can Milan accept a reject?
Puyol... he has been playin' as a CB for ages now... plus Barca will unlikely to offload him till he's probably old & useless...
Miguel... Milan had the chance to get him before he went to Valencia... since we failed to get him that time... doubt he'll be comin' over now...
Cicinho... he rejected Milan to join Real Madrid... he is even rumoured to be sayin' that Kaka will join him in Real Madrid... obvious he doesn't regard Milan highly...
Neville... he's a die-hard Man Utd boy... he will never leave... plus he isn't good enough...
Belletti... not a first team player in Barca... played in the CL final only because Barca needed attackin' options & Arsenal were one man down... will not feature much now with Zambrotta there... so basically a Barca reject... doubt Milan will recruit a reject...
Sagnol... Bayern Munich is unlikely to release him cheaply... not exactly that young either...
Trabelsi... free agent that has undergone a medical in Man City... likely to be signin' for them...

These players I mentioned aren't for us to get, but I was using them to prove the "kind" of player we want at that position. Obviously I know a guy like Neville won't leave Man U, so I thought you would be able to understand these were purely used as examples, nothing else. some of you guys is like you don't even know how to read. If Bonera is our only solution to the right back problem Im very dissapointed.

At one point I honestly believed we would have one of the Miguel, Gallas or the Lyon right back (His names completely fallen out of my mind at the mo).

Even Dani Alves is still up for grabs. Come on guys, I want Milan to add some fantasy, some options. There are games in which Bonera could be a better fit and others in which you need an offensive minded back to open up defences. A big club like Milan shouldnt see that as a luxury.

No I meant Raviellere, but Abidal is great too despite a dodgy WC

prove the kind of player? all the mentioned players are so different from each other... if i don't know how to read... you don't know how to prove your point with clear indications... so next time prove-read your poor comments first...

hmmmm if milan signed oddo ... and chivu that would be awesome .. and then a striker then itll be great for the summer no more spending needed just

Chivu - Left Back
Ibrahimovic - Striker ... thats all we truly need know ...
