Your calculation isn't right, because we've spent more. Gila was 25, Pato 22, Ronaldo 10, so roughly 100 mil. euros. That is what I was talking about some time ago. We're losing much money on buying and selling strikers that it would be better to splash the money on one reliable striker. We've lost 10 mil. on Gila, all 10 on Ronaldo, 10 on Oliveira, we'll probably lose 5 on Hunter if we sell him...

@ Edmando

I don't know anything about Krasic, just that he's not CF, he's winger and can be attacking midfielder when needed.
For Torres, I've been watching him in CL regularly, I've been watching Premier League's derbies also, for me Torres is second best CF in the world, only Drogba is better. He's like Shevchenko in his prime minus 10-15 percent; very athletic - super explosive, very quick, strong and great in the air, with great attacking intelligence and great feel for the goal.
For Dzeko, I've been watching many Wolfsburg's games and I saw all of his NT games. Dzeko is not similar to Torres, if Torres is quick CF, Dzeko is strong CF. Dzeko is very strong on the ground and in the air, he's not slow (he's faster than Borriello, and Borriello isn't slow also), he's very good with the ball at feet, with beautiful vision for a striker, clinical finisher and with rare positional sense. I would say that he's already one of the best in the world in positional sense and getting in the end of crosses. Yes, he has enormous talent and for 2-3 years he will be among world elite.

When comparing Torres and Dzeko, Torres is generally better striker in my opinion. He's more complete. If one would say that Torres is Shevchenko, than Dzeko is Van Nistelrooy - both great strikers, Shevchenko is more complete player, and Ruud is more clinical goalscorer.

But meh, instead we'll end up with Jovanovic and Toni somehow!
How good would FABREGAS be in Seedorf's role?????
yeaaaahhh, i know...i'll wake up in just a sec

I say we keep Klaas simply because of his puntastic name.

I don't know about Dzeko now. He seems way overpriced if he's over 25mil. I don't want him over that. We can live with Borriello. Our priority in the summer should still be a FB and maybe a squad winger. Other than that, we should just replace the players we sell.

Dzeko isnt needed, but if he is available for 25 million(or less),then we should buy him simply because he is a world striker who wants to play his heart out for us.

But more then 25 million is complete nonsense, even 25 million is already overprised,a player like Dzeko(who is playing good at a big stage for only 2 years) should cost something like 20 million,he isnt in the same group like Torres,Villa,Ibrahimovic,Rooney etc.No way!

But i agree with brk,i winger and a FB would be better,i mean Krasic coming to Milan would be just as awsome as getting Dzeko.

Yeah, the Janko and Kala deal to sweeten the Dzeko buy would be good... I know some think we may be forsaking our defence if we do this, BUT, Astori comes in for Kala next season (has been playing first team), and I.M.O, we have good stocks in the full-back role. Maybe one buy there for depth would be good, depending on whether Oddo leaves as well....

If Torres, Villa, Ibra, Rooney and Dzeko are all Bosman players, I'll take Dzeko, not only because he's a milanista, but his game is tactically clear and fit the current team more than the rest. This was why I used to expect Drogba in 07. On the other hand, if we get CR, we probably have to sell both Pato and Dinho.

How are we supposed to know who's reliable? We all thought Gila would be reliable but he prove to be nothing more than average, he's too lazy for Milan unlike Borri who many thought would be useless and not worth his price tag.

Its easy to say this and that after we know he turn out to be a failure. Ronaldo was not a failure, 10M is fair enough for his contribution when he was with us. Now Oliveira is a waste of money.....

Bourdeaux striker Chamakh set to sign for Liverpool for 25m Euros......Does that mean El Nino is on his way out of Anfield? If so, where??

Hope that its not Gerrard to Inter, instead of Torres

I don't buy that one bit as Chamakh is a free to go any where after the season. And any team who wants him is stupid to pay 25M for a 6 months player.
ON top of that Pool does not have money.

here's some good news from bosnian media

http://www.sarajevo-x.com/sport/nogo...anak/100113006

the title says: Milan beats Chelsea in a fight over Dzeko. It says that Milan offered Kaladze, Jankulovski, and 20 million pounds. We are, supposedly, the front runners in the fight for his services again.

That sounds like a very good deal..... Wouldn't hesitate to get rid of Pippo and Hunter if Dzeko came along..... Although I think it would be Borri struggling more if Dzeko came.
Don't get me wrong, I like Hunterlaar and always supported him, bcs I think he is good enough to unsurp Borri's spot.

Also, rumours say Pippo will move to parma for 1st team action (could that sweeten a deal to help bring Paloaschi back???).

It'll be a sad day when Pippo leaves. I never thought I'd love this ex-Juventino. But if he wants to leave to Parma, then I prefer Mariga and let Palo stay there a bit longer. Palo is a pure CF similar to Pippo. There's only one place for this type of striker in Leo's scheme and it's already dense with Bori and Klaas.

First for Ronaldo, he was ****in GREAT for us, when he wasn't injured. We let him go for free, so it's 10 mil. wasted.

Gilardino has become a great striker and he's not lazy anymore, but it's still doubtful if he'd be good for us, the thing with him is psychological.

But, there was no need to buy Gilardino at the first place. We already had Crespo, one of the best in the world at the time and that was our management's biggest mistake in years, from that moment the ship started to sink.

So, how do we now that he's reliable? I would not now, because I'm just little electrical engineer working in computer science. The people who earn 20-30 times more than me should know, it's their job for which they are well (over)payed.

dude you dont know what you are talking about. at the time Gilardino was one of europe's brightest prospects, he was fcking BRILLIANT in his parma days!!! Every Milan fan wanted him and everybody was so excited we finally got him! it looked like an amazing thing and gilardino would be the next big thing!

If we wouldve signed crespo instead of gila, and gila wouldve been gone to juve or fiorentina we would even now cry about that!
