sacking Carlo will NOT help because it's NOT the solution.

The striekrs have to sink in easy chances. That's the MAIN (albeit not all-cure) solution.
i think i was in the pro Gila group it really depends how much they can bare Jeff, if we continue this form and get knocked out the champ league next round, we gotta say ciao...

If the management are to blame, they can use him as a scape goat...

Unfortunately yes; because you can't buy any players at this stage... in Jan we'll see. BUT NOW... goal is the key.

scoring goals won't add pace, midfield aggression/creativity or defensive stability to the team.

The great problem after this AEK game is that the team is lacking the clinical last finish, Inzahi is playing alone, Borriello, no comment, he wasn't that good today, and Oliviera is just running around slaming into defenders and then crossing or shooting really badly, with his left!

I want to ask a question please, why was Milan so deadly in the begining of the season, and right after having the very 1st point, Milan started to deterorate, after the comback of the derby, I though Milan would return, might return, now I think you are nearing rock bottom, seriously compared to the first stage of the season, what has happened?

I may want to agree with you until today, when I see a pacy, aggressive midfield in the first 30 minute or so. They ARE freaking capable of it... it's a huge psychological problem... I mean... when you see your striker not scoring goals chances after chances, while the other team just needed 1 chance to do that... wouldn't that be discerning, painfully hilarious, and worth a reprimand?

In terms of defensive stability, I only remembered Bonera making a bad back pass, and the goal which, whoever the mistake is, should give credit to the other team.

But yes... having say all this, I'm worried that Milan won't be able to walk out of this unlucky/stupid/awful period. I'm very worried.

Ask the bars, the woodworks.

12 times in 13 games... even if half of them gone in, that'll be 6 goals.

I think kaka need helps at midfield! He is trying by himself to do everything! but thats imposible!
I was so sad to see him trying, run with the ball and no help from anyone!Today kaka suffered from his team mates!
It is awful to see this player to play at this current milan! He cant play!iMilan must built a new team with quality players or it is better for him to go to Real Madrid!I can't see him sufering like this!He dont deserve it!

Oliveira and Kaka aside, there is no genuine pace in our team Jeff. Gourcuff said himself he's not that fast, Jankulovski & Cafu seem variable at best. Don't even start on the other midfielders.

It's no good being able to simulate those qualities for 30 mins every now and again, we need players who can do this all the time. It would be worth a reprimand if it had only happened a few times, but it hasn't. Some of the faults we are seeing now were noticable years ago but because those bad games were masked by a large number of outstanding ones, it didn't seem to matter then and obviously now it's incredibly important.

Hm Jim, not masked by outstanding ones, but masked with result. We played bad alot of games, but when we pushed for 30 minutes we got a goal. And even with static slow play we did enough to defend the lead and maybe score on counter.

But now we dont score when we push, we get the goal when we take some break and when we are pushing for equalizer we get too tired to create good chances.

Ok, enough spamming from me for today. Forza milan!

we cant seem to open teams up.. In italy its even more difficult because we are now the most predictable team..

Sorry...I wanted to ask...why EVEN Lazio? What is so bad about Lazio? (just curious)

And why do you think Milan plays poor? If the same players before managed to play brilliant, why now they cant do that? Maybe because the coach doesnt do his job right, maybe the tactics is wrong, maybe because we are so predictabale now..I think it is mostly coaches fault..I might be wrong though. But I think that a new coach can make the same players play differently.

Lol, here in Belgium, Anderlecht is quite upset about this Milan-loss. If Milan had won, Anderlecht had good chances of proceeding to the 1/8th finals, now they even will have difficulties to go to Uefacup.
I see Milan losing in the last game also, they are already qualified as group leader.

What do you mean the same players?? Two yrs ago the main strikers were Shevchenko, Crespo, Tommason. Now the strikers are Gilardino, Oliveira and an old Inzaghi. Well Sheva wanted to leave but they could have easily paid Chelsea the 8/10 mil to keep Crespo. Vogel was a good sub for Pirlo. They frekin sold him too.

Before in the defence there was Stam. Now theres Bonera in his place. Dida's sub used to be Abbiati. Now his sub his Kalac and Dida is older. No proper replacement for Rui Costa. Kaka has to frekin play every game.

Fukin Berlusconi. With the transfer campaign they did, it was obvious it would be difficult to do anything special. Not even frekin Inter has ever done so crap.

Barca was the top team last year. Still they went and got Zambrotta, Thuram and Gudjonsen.

By the way, Crespo is still so much better than Gilardino. And Inter got him for free.

Now if they buy Huntelaar, Daniel Alves, Torres, Diego, Barzagli, Vicente then something good could happen.
