What is wrong with Gila and i think is one of his biggest flaws is that he never looks dangerous. For a striker this is probably the worst quality.

Nah seriously Jeff you are tryna be sarcastic but thats useless. Time and time again Gila has disappeared off games, if he doesnt shine in games where Pirlo/Kaka/Seedorf are missing then why did we buy him? When is he going to lift us? Yes its easy to remind us of those 2 games he won us, but what about the rest where he has failed to make an impact?

Enough is enough..

We deserved to draw that much but besides that...Pato was realllly great wow wow wow!! This guy will be an amazing player by next season. Forget waiting 2-3 years! He took control of the game like how Sheva used to, drew a dozen fouls and was overall a pain in the Lazio's defence. IMO should definitely start against Arsenal along with Pippo.


Gourcuff shows flashes of brilliance but had a generally inconsistent game. Like the commentator said, you never know what to expect. One moment he misplaces a pass, next moment he dribbles two players and gets a beautiful shot on goal. Overall a good game from him bar the inconsistency.

Digao..? pffft He was pretty the reason for our goal being conceded. Darmian please ?

Gilardino struggled to get involved and could have done better on that last header after the Gourcuff corner. Paloschi was lively and had a few good touches, probably should have shot on goal instead of playing an impossible ball to Pato. Good performance from him though.

Are you people even watching Milan games? Bonera is a natural CB not a RB or LB. I kind of predicted this result, but I think Carlo did go for the win because we had three strikers out on the field and Gourcuff, very attacking. Just all our attacks on the end were going over to Pato and if he created something Milan would have won. Now, very breave from the young Pato to take responsability like that and take on every player in the Lazio side. At one piont in the match I asked my self: Where is Gila? Is he playing at all? Thats how much Gila did for Milan at least today. Hope that better days will come for us.

I'm not denying that; so let's just offload him. In fact we shouldn't play him anymore. Paloschi looks more dangerous than Gilardino, honestly.

I honestly believe that Gilardino will leave by summer; the management may be unwilling to, but Milan's way of playing and his own style is no use to him. The only stand-out striker who can be up front is Inzaghi, who is aging.

Benzema will be a good choice; or maybe someone else. I don't know, just not him anymore. I think he doesn't have that desire anymore. It's end of story.

Jeff, let's look at the past Milan regular first strikers: Van Basten, Weah, Shevchenko, Inzaghi...Gila is 25 y o. I think he will never be a player of this calibre.

I point out that i was one of his major supporters when he was signed, but despite doing a good workrate, this guy doesn't threathen the opposite defences.

I want to believe that Milan’s players had their minds set on the CL match
Tonight Milan was unrecognizable

In this moment Nesta, Maldini,Pirlo,Kaka are our Gods
Without them Milan is a bit more than a normal team

The only decent players in this match were Gattuso,Pato and Paloschi

There's a lot of Gila hate here...

Gila is a good player, but he's only suited to certain situations. Last season it was going well with Kaká-Ronaldo-Gila and Kaká-Pato-Gila will work well in years to come.
Gila needs to play regularly and keep his confidence up.

Carlo was always starting Ronaldo or Pippo ahead of Gila... Gila needs chances just like Gourcuff.

well Gio, I agree. I'm no expert in soccer (you probably are more knowledgeable than me in any regard), so I respect your opinion. I just don't know how he (or Inzaghi) can look ever dangerous with 0 decent crosses.

But I guess yo uare right; if he has that calibre, he probably could have created chances by himself. Unfortunately he can't. He is just another Gourcuff who may be good but never have 'that' calibre, whatever that is.

Man this guy has been FLAWLESS in the last games he started. I really dont want to see Dida in his place EVER again..Kalac is the IL FENOMENO of keepers! He did 3 unbeleivable saves in 3 minutes!
