Yes its true...but most of our ceremonies or traditions go from the past...not only this. We may have changed but we still follow those traditions from hundred years ago...although quite often we dont even know why we do certain things one way, not another.
Basically now white dress means that the woman is getting married for the first time. If its her second time, the dress supposed to be red...some people do that.

Sheva--------Gila (Pippo)---

No Maldini and Cafu (maybe on substitution), coz they are not in a good shape yet. Serginho is definately needed coz he has a very high running speed, Kaladze is in a good shape, he may score, Stam - for his headers, Gattuso - to stop Barca's attacks in the middle, Pirlo - for his good free kicks.
Pity that Pippo is sick...maybe he is fine already?..
