Please, Crespo as a replacement for Sheva is unacceptable, only Fat Ronnie would be a worst move...

So, on thursday the fate of Milan's attack will be decided. Sheva mentioned that he had "family reasons" behind his intentions of leaving the club, then what is galliani going to do when sheva meets him on thursday....may be galliani has a part time job of a family counselor.
BTW mrki, your squad is indeed great without any major changes. What great performances we might put up if all those players come together.

basically, the first line says:
"News for next year? Change the midfield a little bit to give Andrea Pirlo more freedom is an idea" The backline of 4, the Offensive Midfielder, and the 2 forwards will continue... so that means, the change will come in the Pirlo, Gattuso, Seedorf positions... inserting a stronger defensive midfielder like Ambrosini in front of the defense, to allow Pirlo to move forward... this only to be done during the game, when more offense is required... not necesarily as the new scheme...

Not a surprise that this will be done, as Pirlo's role in the side was becoming difficult for him to handle, as teams were applying great pressure on him.
Personally, I think adjusting Pirlo's role so that he has greater freedom, knowing a stronghold midfield will cover him will be the most important aspect of how to improve for the new season. I would also be considering in changing Pirlo's attributes a little too. Whilst attempting to keep his flair and creativity, physically training him to develop greater strength will be of great use to him, especially to hold the ball more in deeper areas. |

yes, let's not forget that he used to be a "10" more than a "5"... maybe like Kaladze, he could go back to his roots... but that would mean less Seedorf and/or less Gattuso...

the three choices for the next year are:
Toni Trezeguet Ronaldo Toni is more likely to join Inter; Trez can become free agent soon, but it means we must wait for the Juve relegation and wait the sportive sentences..it can be a long wait..Milan staff believe him and Gila can play together, and looking at the statistics he's one of the few players who can sub Shevchenko Ronaldo...here three reasons why he can be our choice: 1) considering technical qualities he's the best player around 2) despite being fat he scored loads of goals at Real (so if he gets slim again he may score even more) 3) tactically he's the best player to partner with Gila out of the players available Forget Tevez, Milan board won't risk his face signing a player that has never played in Europe as the replacement for a player like Sheva ..this is madness, and those who are sponsorising Tevez will be the first to bash Milan board in case he chokes Ps.i think we must stay on a realistical ground and face the real choices available on the market... Buffon can really become a Milan player..i said it 3 months ago and many people laughed at me...the chances grow every day more.

Not Ronaldo, for cryin' out loud... he's today just a shadow of the player he once was, a reject from Real ****drid, a lazy primadonna... we must get someone like Torres , Eto'o or Kujt, a young star hungry for glory!
NO FAT RONNIE!!! |

Sorry Gio, I don't usually disagree, but I think I have to this time. Tevez for me is probably amongst the best replacements we can get for Sheva (my other choice would be Adriano). Though I agree about him never playing in Europe could be an issue.
I think this time, the management can take a risk as to who is brought in, simply because we already have a youngster who is capable of doing well in a Milan jersey in Gila. About Ronaldo, I definately wouldn't complain too much if we got him, and I'd be joyous were we to get him back to his best. |
