Hiddink is a brilliant coach which cannot be denied. I can understand your hesitations about him, but in all fairness every coach in football does stuff like that. Just depends on what situation they're in.

I think the semi-final should be viewed in the right perspective. We know Roman wants to lift that trophy more than anything else. Hiddink was perhaps hired because he was capable of doing that. I think it's a little unfair to judge him from this encounter only.

There is no way any team in the world except probably ManYoo (and i hope this is validated tonight) can go out and play attacking football against Barcelona. Put any coach in his shoes on that day and they wouldve done more or less the same.

As far as the penalty thing is concerned.. it was an unbelievably dramatic. Though indefensible, his behaviour was understandable.

Btw, I'm no fan of him.. he's an arrogant twunt. I don't want him at Milan. I'd take Scolari or Rijkaard over him any day.

It looks highly likely Carlo's days are numbered. If Milan were just going to extend/ proclaim him as our future surely they would haev already done that. Even this management isnt idiotic enough to base their decision on 90 minutes against Fiorentina.

They are keeping quiet until qualification is assured and then Carlo will be off to Chelsea, Shevchenko will be given to us (We dont have the imagination, appeal or brains to get someone like Essien from them).

Ancelotti's twin (and very good friend), Guus Hiddink, said that Ancelotti would be his perfect replacement but still needs to learn English ...

Anyway, about the future of Ancelotti, wherever he goes for the next season, I bet 1 € that he will be new Cameroun coach for the next year until the WC (their coach stopped).

I'm still kind of indifferent about Ancelotti leaving, our club screams for change, but there's not really any obvious replacement available.

Rumor is that Leonardo is gonig to take charge, but not sure where Ancelotti is going. Probably Chelsea.

However, I'm disappointed with how the relationship ends: let alone Berlusconi's interference and lack of support in the transfer market for the past few years, as usual the coach is on the list of yet another causality following Dida, Gila, Oddo, and many more.

It's like a carousel spinning so fast that you don't know who is going to be thrown out of it next. And a bold-headed repairer say: "We have to get rid of these folks because they are too heavy on the carousel; that's why the carousel is spinning so fast."

I know people will say look at Man U and arsenal but reality is that Fergie and Wenger don't coach they are the manager. I don't know all the coaches names but Quieroz for example coached Man U on two occasions was he just an assistant? The answer is no, Real Madrid and Portugal don't settle with an assistant, so the coaches do change even in those teams, the manager doesn't and imho Fergie and Wenger are better visionairies than Carlo.

Galliani speaks French. That is how we created this clausole of 15mln for Yoan

I feel that Carlo should go in order to breathe some new life into the club (though in that case perhaps Galliani should leave too). His tacticshave become predictable and stale now and his over-reliance on some players is questionable. He is obviously a good manager but has taken us far enough.

It's official now. Carletto has just said that today's game was his last for Milan.
