No to that poseur Mourinho. The Chelsea players seem to belong to a Jose-worshipping cult (as does most of the English media), but I don't think he could have fooled people like Costacurta and Maldini. I don't care how much Mourinho admires Milan. All that proves is that he's not totally ignorant about football.

I would like to see Mourinho, Simply because I feel that the amount of success he has achieved in the past 3 years has only seen in PS2 and CM before, he knows what he doing, he might be arrogant, but he stiil knows what he is doing.

You're missing the subtleties, triniman. This thread is not about how awful Ancelotti is, it's about how wonderful Mourinho is. Of course, I don't agree with either statement, but Grenoli_Trio has a right to try to convince us.

Now, how would you like to take part in a debate with him and Bayman? I'd pay to see that one.

I dont know how else to put it but personally if Mourinho came to Milan I dont think Milan would be Milan, and that would be a real shame.

Arrogant and though the teams he coached are good; chelsea are sore losers and Porto was a shame at the UEFA cup final

Not too sure if he can speak Italian, but didnt he work as a translator before becoming a footie coach though?

I think mourinho's alright, even as a Man U supporter you kind of warm to him. He's one of the games real characters and his arrogance may get the better of him sometimes but he knows how to make a joke about it.

I think he obviously is one of the top managers in the game and yes if we where managerless and could have anyone he'd certainly be on the wish list (though I think Frank Rijkaard would be the boards top choice right now) but this is all just IF we didn't have one of the best managers in the game ourselves.

Mourinho is great coach, in few years he will be lot smarter and he will settle a bit. In milan he wouldnt be so arrogant as he has to respect serie a and milans managament. But after ancelotti milam will be runned by some former milan player. Tassotti, baresi, donadoni...

I dont know...I havent the greatest of faiths in Carlo, as successful as he has been, (many here will note that a coach has to be an extremely good one for me to endorse him 100%..or even 95%)..the thing is though, that Carlo has produced the results, if not all at once, at least once every season since his arrival.

But to the issue at hand...Mourinho is a coach who has delivered, with a lot less resources, a UCL trophy, and now, with more resources than the poor tinkerman could handle, the premiereship title (absent from Chelsea´s trophy room for 50 years)..so he has produced results.

His arrogance...hey, I have been called arrogant too, and I didnt loose any sleep over it, and I doubt that he is an insomniac for being called that as well. So that is of little importance to me, though I prefer humility 9 times out of 10. One thing to note however, is that he is rarely disrespectful, something I have no tolerance for, worse from a public figure.

His tactical prowess: Suspect at best, naive at worst...too early in his career to make a value judgement on that...

Motivational skills: Peerless at the moment...gets some players who couldnt make Milans B team to shine, and look like world class athletes.

All in all, probably a good candidate in 4 years time....but until then, my response is the same as the one beginning this post...

I dont know...
