dude... why does everyone refer to the CL final?

it has got nothing to do with it, juve were smarter than us in the market and we risked it toooo much and were paying for not buying good players were we needed to (right back, center back, and midfield). juve on the other hand are doing what every team should do and i i dont know why we dont... theyre picking up world class players that are gonna be free for nothing... they did it with kovac, giannicheda, chiellini and now sagnol and maybe cassano!

The CL final is significant becuase from what i can see is that the players are still suffering with a hangover from it.

Look how we are unable to hold onto leads now. Not only that but we allow teams back into games against us. and this all goes back to istanbul.

Now all that aside yes you are correct juve have done well in the transfer market. But we are not a serie b team and neither do we not have a world class scouting system. So therefore the management is responsible for not bringing in quality players. And that does not mean spending wildly like chelsea (although we would if berlusconi had as much interest as he did when he opened the cheque book to sign Lentini in 92, a fee which was not surpassed until 1996) but looking to strengthen at every opportunity and not let players slip from our grasp.

But more importantly to recognise like each and every one of us has, that we need defenders!

sad to say is that its true... Its just december, you have the other half of the season coming up. A lot (and I mean a LOT) can change during that course.. be it Milan's improvement or (god forbid) Juve's deterioration..

But yes, one musnt giveup now, not until everything is final.

And of course their most important move was to get Vieira for a bargain amount, 12 million pounds I think it was. Best transfer move in the world this season by far. And what they did last season? Cannavaro-Carini swap deal with Inter, yet again by far the best transfer deal of the season.
They have been really brilliant on the transfer market lately, I must say.

Not by a long shot...but my hopes have admittedly hit an all time low insofar as the scudetto chase is concerned.

The key to Juve´s success is the highlight of our deficiencies, ie they have made important signings, compared to some of our "wtf" aquisitions.

That said, we can, and should continue to fight for the scudetto, even though Juve seems to be dissappearing around the bend...
