Amoroso used to be a top player, what happened to him? Or is it just the one thing Galliani doesnt seem to realise, that he like every person on the planet doesnt stay the same age forever.

That's the point, K77SH: people get older, it's sad, but true.

If he's not playing anymore at his best at São Paulo FC, why does he will be good for us? That's pure nonsense.

According to Gazzetta - they are quoting Galliani's words - there was a late meeting between Milan, a Monaco rep, Vieri, and Vieri's agent. Milan and Monaco have reportedly reached an agreement and all that's left is Vieri to agree terms with the Principality club.
Once the transfer is finalised, Milan is expected to announce the signing of Marcio Amoroso, who would come for free from Sao Paolo.

Milan Agree Vieri Sale

Galliani has also said we might look for another striker. Our attention now is only on the strikers, why arent we thinking of any defenders?

Obviously it's because a striker is gone and we need a 4th striker, right?

Vieri probably will leave, and we need onother striker.Valeri Bojinov is a good choise. He is young, fast and had super physics. In Fiorentina he feels not good and i have watch him for Bulgarian national time.he is a future star. And not so expensive.

Bojinov is a good option to replace Sheva in d future. Strike now, and strike quick Galliani.

I think this choice is made basically upon the costs, Bojinov would be a great investiment and not as certain to work as Amoroso, who would cost less and already proved.

I know it's romantic to imagine great hyped names to come, but the hard reality is made of economics and balances. Berlusconi is not going to spend every time 15 millions here and there, esp because he's a politician and also because he's not like Abramovich who money launders the founds of the russian mafia
