If Poulsen comes it can only mean buh-bye to Gattuso. Yeah, Poulsen is a filthy, degenerate bastard no doubt about that. But it's a better proposition if he's gooning it up on our side as opposed to us having to deal with his horsecrap.

Love Rino and his energy, commitment, and toughness but it's time to give way to Ambro. Max when he's healthy is a far better option in our midfield holder role that Rino. Or Diarra. Sweendogs is right...Diarra is a beast.

I think this is yet another smoke screen for Ballack since when I read about this news on goal.com, it mentioned Ballack at the end. it will be Ballack

Polusen wants 5 million euros a season in wages, Braida offered 2.4 million (same as current wages).

Deal is off.

by the sound of the news, it looks like poulsen's purchase is done deal. it makes sense because he is free, he is still 26 and his salary demand is cheap, less than 0.6m pounds per year. if this is true, next season we have too many defensive midfielders: gattuso, ambro, vogel, poulsen. so one has to leave.

we should follow arsenal's step in investing in talented young players, i am not saying poulsen is, but those unfounded talented young players are very cheap, like toure, eboue, fabregas, senderos.

are u kidding me??? arsenal?!!? ... we should go for the right man for the job ... simple as that... as long as the guy can do what hes asked im fine with that... i dont care if hes 99 years old... if he can do what hes supposed to then get him

Arsenal, hahahhahahaha.

The only one Wenger did well was Henry, since Viera was always thought to have great talents but no chance to show.

Well, Henry wasn't exactly talentless himself. He might not have set Juve on fire but Henry was still regarded as one of the bright young talents in European football.

Poulsen will kill the spirit in the team.. BTW, the way the rumours on Poulsen started are exactly the same how it started when we signed Jankulovski and Gilardino (and Kaka?). I hope its a smokescreen for Diarra, i always thought we'd get ballack, but seems like we dont want him.

i think well go for ballack... that strike is enough for anyone to want him... and besides galliani denied he wants him, meaning he does want him!
