Weird but
Sheva's 52 comrise of 33 for Milan (right?) and 19 for Dynamo K.
And the Dynamo's site says that he scored 20 for Kiev:
http://futbal.org/EC1.scorers.php?ye...18&sortIndex=6
excluding the goals when Dynamo was banned in 95.

Everything will be quiet simple should Shevchenko score more than anyone
Muller included.
Andrey please make our counting tasks easier, we (I) give you two more years to complete the task!

One year supposed to be enough, but don't forget that there is a few players that still playing that can reach Muller too... including Inzaghi!!!

I'm talking about the "edit" stuff, why can anyone who wants to enter and change the data and make a mess. I think when u are editing only u can see it, and another users can't... so it may be reliable site.

Raul 51
Sheva\RvN 43
Henry 41

P.S. Shevchenko has 53 (or 52?) goals in CL including the qualifing stage, but in the competition itself only 43. Raul has a big gap there, but he can be reachable.

Here is the site: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_football_records
He is very reliable and has lots of data from all leagues (if u want to know who is Serie all time best scorer u can also find there, just type "serie a" in the search slot.)
gerd müller has played 74 all european cup games and has scored 66 goals...here is the link with the correct numbers..

http://www.rsssf.com/players/gmueller-in-ec.html

i have severall europeancup publikations from the 60s-70s who confirm this..

müller additional has played 3 european supercup games 1975-1976 and has scored 3 goals..

bayern-kiew 1975 0:1 (no goal)
bayern-anderlecht 1976 2:1 (2 goals)
anderlecht-bayern 1976 4:1 (1 goal)

worldclub cup games 2 played 1976-77 against bela horizonte (brasil)
bayern-bela horizonte 1976 2:0 (1 goal)
bela horizonte-bayern 1977 0:0

inclusive this 3 european supercup games müller has scored 69 goals in 77 games..

müller has scored in 35 europeanchampionscup games 35 goals..he is the only player with a goal per game ratio of 1.00 (20 or more goals scored)..his gpg ratio in all europeancups is the best too in history...müller has played 6 championscup seasons ,won the title 3 times and was 4 times topscorer (record),1976 he was olso secend ranked,a wrongfully recalled goal in the final against st. eteinne has cost him a tied place with gladbach player jupp heynckes...in this days only domestic leaque champions and cup defender was allowed playing eurochampionscups...

Nice info 621380 !

Since this thread wasn't active for 7 months allready, there are some changings, and we need to make an update

Shevchenko lost the leadership in all time CL scoring table to Raul, who now has 54 goals, 1 more than Shevchenko.

This is how Champions league scorers standings looks like ( top 10 )

1. Raul 54 goals (54 in CL - 0 in qualifying stages)
2. Sheva 53 goals (43 in CL - 10 in Q)
3. RVN 51 goals ( 47-4)
4. Henry 42 goals (42-0)
5.Inzaghi 39 goals (35-4)
6. Del Piero 37 goals (36-1)
7.Morientes 37 goals (32-5)
8.Trezeguet 32 goals (29-3)
9.Kluivert 30 goals (29-1)
10. Rivaldo 30 goals (27-3)

And about all time scorers list in all european cups , Muller is still the leader with 66 goals, but Shevchenko, Inzaghi, Raul and Van Nistelrooy are getting closer and closer !

this is true, but you have to point out in perspective that the championsleaque allow players to play more games..sheva,nistelroy,inzaghi,henry and raul plays in strong club where are qualifyd for the championsleaque normally every year now with minimum 6 games played in the grouphase..in the past a europeancup winner has played maximum 9-10 games, now its up to 15 games...bayern was eliminated 1968/69 in the first round against st.eitienne in 2 games..period..this cant happen in the championsleaque..how many games raul, sheva and henry have played??many..i think nistelroy has the best chance to of all this players..but in my opinion the goal per game ratio naturel confirm who are the best goalscorers and not how many goals are scored...a player where scores in 100 games 51 goals is not better than a player who scores 50 goals in 50 games in my opinion..the player with the most goals isnt allways the best goalscorer..
