DAMN Oh how i wish zambrotta's transfer to barca was delayed a week.. now i will hope for buffon and hope juve sell him to us.. I want CARLITO TEVEZ..lets see what we'll get..

I reckon we will sign Ze Roberto in days, and will find out something on the Gallas saga.
I told you man it was not all doom and gloom...see how things turned up?

Well, now our must get to work hard and fast on the transfer department, since we need to seriously reinforce our squad. We need at least a RB, a Keeper, a multifunctional midfielder and a Striker, that is to say, for new players.

My choice would be:

Buffon

Oddo

Sneijder

Torres

I believe we have a serious chance in getting Buffon. He wants CL football and he'll remain in the top flight. Also, we need help on the wings in defense. A replacement for Cafu on the right is necessary and a replacement for Serginho or Kaladze on the left is needed also. A realistic replacement for Cafu is Oddo, and for Serginho or Kaladze would be Ashley Cole or Gabriel Heinze. A central partnership of Nesta and Gallas would also be good. In the midfield I think we are good, but I think we should add offensive minded players. Obviously, we also need a replacement for Sheva and a reliable backup. Luca Toni would be ideal, but I think he's heavily linked with Inter. If Inter signs him other possible guys would be: Crespo, Suazo, Torres, Drogba, and RVN. I would personally go with RVN and Crespo.

06/07 Lineup:

-----Buffon/Dida-----

Cafu/Oddo----------Nesta--------Gallas----------Cole/Heinze/Kaladze

Gattuso---Pirlo----Seedorf/Gourcuff

---- Kaka-----

Crespo/Gila-----Drogba/RVN

I think we will get Crespo back (not that I want him) and maybe bring another striker.

The good thing is we are a UCL club and now that this Calciopoli thing is behind us, we will hit the market.

oddly, I prefer Crespo to Torres. OK, I expect a lot of people firing at me now.

I am with you. I think Torres is overrated.

Crespo for Amoroso will be fine, but as replacement for Shevchenko, considering that we're back on CL, is something derrisory.

Just remember how many goals from Sheva saved us in the last minutes, how many solo shots won us so many points and so on...how many times sheva played AM and not CF! He used to play even RW at some moments when we were defending.Sheva cant be replaced by a non moving striker like Trezeguet, Toni, Crespo and so on...... Think tactically people. Our formation needs a player that can help building AND finishing off the attacks. Players like Torres, Tevez, oe even Ibrahimovic at his best can do just that.

I guess you got what you wished for Grenoli
Top Flight Football since we got back to UCL, and along with that, worthy replacement for our only Andriy Shevchenko.....

To be honest, I really don't know who is worthy enough to replace him though.....

well i still say that henry is the only one to replace sheva. but the gone we hope for the 2nd best thing.as for our midfield kaka is staying, pilro is back , gattuso (amazing world cup) , so a new sub wouldnt hurt (ze roberto), a new rb cafu cant do anymore (too bad we missed zambrotta), and buffon.
any i wouldnt mind these:-(offcorse with vogel, janku, kalac , and dida going)

Striker:- Tevez,Torres,Ibrahmovic. plus Cresspo for amuroso

MidField:- Snieder, wilhelmshon, maxi rodrigez. plus ze roberto

RightBack:- Oddo, heitinga, perea. plus anyone but gallas.(cuz i hate him)

GoalKeeper:- Buffon. offcorse with having coppola. but i may be asking for frey as a sub.

would mind

Srtiker:- RVN, Torres, And Drogba.

MidField:- i dunoo just dont try viera.

RB/CB :- Gallas

GK:- Get rid of dida.

btw.... its stupid to sell abiati. even our team is good for qualifying matches.

DIDA

Favali
Nesta
Maldini
Cafu

Pirlo
Gattuso
Gourcuf
Kaka

Foggia
Gila

Gallas isn't a RB or a LB. Many don't understand Gallas wants to play CB!! In the 04/05 season he was forced to play LB because of the injury to Wayne Bridge. That's when he was linked to Arsenal and Barcelona. He flourished in CB with the likes of Desailly and more recently John Terry. First off, Gallas and Terry in the center of the defense once went 16 games without conceding a goal!! So, Gallas will only come if he plays CB.

Also, Crespo is proven to be a good fit at Milan as he played excellent for us.

not just that but we also need to get an experienced striker who would guarantee us CL goals. We can't afford to load the team with more or less unproven youngsters - both torres and Tevez fit into this category as they both lack CL experinece and in Tevez's case European experience in general. right now we have only Pippo who fits the bill as Gila is yet to open his acount in Europe's CL.
No matter wheter we decide to go for Tevez or Torres, and older experineced player like Crespo, Trez, Klose is a must IMO. Ibrahimovic would also be an interesting solution but that's provided that he finds his old self and this could be way too many IFs for a team like Milan, at least in the short run.
