I doubt Guerci will play any role in this game.. unless we're desperate for attackers. Poor Borriello.. how must he feel. Never seen Guerci play though. Born in 1989.. so he is rather young.

no Gourcuff..... I dont care about the result as we will qualify in the end. All I want is to see us play fast football, if that is possible with this team. I want to see trained combinations, played with our eyes closed. Pirlo-Seedorf-Gattuso-Kaka are playing together for ages and still we cant dominate in the middle like we should do. And let Bonera play this one!

Mathieu,

I have just wrote the answer on the MILAN Club Vlaanderen Thread. They stay at the Conrad Hotel at Avenue Louise in 1050 Brussels.

Avenue Louise 71
1050 IXELLES
Tel: 02 542 42 42
Fax: 02 542 42 00

I just came back from the Zaventem National Airport where MILAN arrived at 12.10 pm. I saw the players, fotographs was very difficult but I got some autographs, from 4 World Cup Winners and an aussie, a tsjech and a the man from Croatia! And Clarence Seedorf signed my white away shirt with his name and number written on it!! Thank you Clarence, you are the best!!

Forza MILAN!!

I know that Guerci(o) means cross-eyed in the Italian dialect my grandmother used to speak, so I hope that is not a bad omen.

Anyway, I hope Milan can get over their lack of goal scoring for these next two matches, because I can rub it in for a year (or longer) should they crush the team in purple.

You should take some photos of your signed shirt and the signatures you got from the players

About Anderlecht :

of course they are no AC Milan, but we will have to take care.
Their weakest link is the defense. Even in the Belgian competition they have problems with their defense (they lost at home with 1-4 against Genk). VD Borre is a good, young player, with great technical skills but his defensive skills must improve. And since he's a right wing back, defensive skills are important ... I think he can have problems with an upcoming Jankulovski.
In midfield, Anderlecht has some great technical players. And their 2 central midf can be compared with Gattuso - Pirlo. Yves Vanderhaeghe can be compared with Gattuso : he takes a lot of balls in the midfield, but his passing is not that accurate. Next to him plays Lucas Biglia, a kind of playmaker just before the defense (just like Pirlo). He is on technical skills maybe the best Anderlecht-player. Bart Goor is a player some of you will probably know. He's Belgian international for a long time and played for Hertha Berlin and Feyenoord. He's a left winger who strikes easily.
Other midfielders are Dutch/Maroccan Bousouffa and Egyptian Hassan, 2 players with good technical skills.
Their strikers are the small, fast player Tchité, a man who easily strikes and Frutos, a Jan Koller-type who also finds the goal easily.
So, Anderlecht is a young team with great technical skills but with a very shaky defense. And their lack of experience (one of the youngest teams in the CL) can be harmfull for them.

I think this is the most difficult match for Milan in this group
Probably this will be Milan's team
Dida
Bonera---Nesta--Kaladze--Janku
Gattuso---Pirlo---Seedorf
Kaka
Inzaghi---Oliveira

in the mean time, the Anderlecht-players are surprisingly possitive about this game. Striker Frutos says that Anderlecht wants to win. Defender De Man said he learned some Italian swear-words in case some Milan-players say something to him, he can say something back
And midfielder Vanderhaeghe says he will not go easy on the ankles of some Milan-players ...
