I think we have 8 , correct me if i'm wrong (Dida,Serginho,Grimi,Cafu ,Oliveira,Kaka,Ronaldo,Kalac)

Kaka just got his Italian passport. Ronaldo has Spanish passport.
Cafu also has a Eu passport, I think, although I am not sure what happened 'cause there was lots of noise about possible falsifications when Roma got him an Italian passport several years ago. Grimi also has EU passport - Italian I think - otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get him given that we had already bought a non-EU player (Oliveira) this same season. So, of the above, Dida, Sergio, Oliveira, and Kalac are for sure non-EU players. You can add to them Simic, as well.
