Indeed, as Kui said, a number of us know what it feels like to be at a game in the San Siro.

im sorry i meant you have no idea how it feels to be in the san siro in a game like this.. it certainly is something to beat the ENGLISH 3-0 at home in a semi-final, especially when all the odds are against u and all the english think they're already qualified for an all-english final... all these small things just made the victory taste MUCH better

wow gattuso totally totally raped Cristiano..cristiano was NOTHING today..actually all of utd were nothing.. they were so lucky they beat us at their home with those goals..this tie should not have been this close..we are a much better team than they are.. (but so were we when we played against liverpool)

and guys, when we were 2-0 up, man utd kept gettin the possessino and we kept giving the ball away so carelessly..i was sensing another black out..thank god the united defence was sleeping and gila FINALLY managed to score and kill the game (but i still have reserved some criticism for him, u'll understand when i show you the video of his goal )

I was sitting in the usually quiet and elegant tribune of Second Orange Tier and i was literally astonished that people down there went totally mad!!!
You could see calm grannies going crazy and literally EVERYONE singing and supporting the players. No surprise United felt the pressure.
I mean, i think there's a strong relationship between the way we played and the way the crowd supported the team.

I couldn't believe my eyes. Every time Ronaldo got the ball thousand whistles buried him.
I think the United fans did what they could. We have relegated them on the Third tier (instead of the First one, as it usually happened in the past) to preserve the team from hostile pressure.
We could just hear them when people silenced during the break.

I think we showed once again Milan supporters never disappoint and the great coreo the Curva put up last night is another evidence of that.

Gio i was in the second-tier orange as well.. i was in section 251 tho .. i think gate 27.. alot of grannies around me were singing .. it was really something

i just wish that our fans do travel and sing in away games like the english fans..a reason im not going to athens is because of what i remember from istanbul.. we had very little fans :/

I think what I enjoyed most about going to games at the San Siro (have been there twice, always sat very close to the field, near the bench) was that there we were, 2 Americans, barely able to speak any Italian at all and the fans all aroudn us were so very kind. And totally crazed of course. Whenever Paolino did anything, we were all united in our admiration and the universal language of thumbs up said all that needed to be said!

LOL! Wrong again. LOL! The atmospere was just as intense (perhaps more emotional) when I attended the 2003 UEFA CL QuarterFinal 2nd Leg match vs Ajax. With literally seconds to go, it was Pippo Inzaghi who scored that out of no-where goal to see us through. We were seconds from not going to the semi's. The rest is history with our Cup win at Old Trafford.

hey Kui, what is the fastest and cheapest way from the Linata airport to the san siro,

I never got to the San Siro from Linate Aeroport before. The last time there, I spent a few days in Rome before catching a train to Milan. My guess is that a train is the cheapest way. I hope you arent time strapped cash strapped. The quicker way by vehicle into Milan may be the costliest, while a rail will take some time. I dont think the metro will get you from Linate to San Siro. You'll have to someway find a way into Milan and from there catch the metro RedLine towards Molina Dorino. From there you'll have to get off at the Lotto stop. From the Lotto stop you have to walk about 10 minutes to reach San Siro.
Honestly... I would suggest that you arrive in Milan the previous evening or get there early in the morning gameday to gain your bearings.
Besides... why would you want to go to Milan when the action is going to be in Greece?

i am planning a trip this coming september or october to San Siro, which is way over due, considering the fact that I love this team so much for the last two decades,
